A funny observation: Their clothes today amuse me. He is wearing a chestnut suit and has grey hair. She is wearing a grey suit and has chestnut hair. It's particularly striking in the third picture in front of the blue of the plane. They look wonderful, but that just struck me as cute: Wearing matching outfits while remaining distinct.

That last photo of VP Cheney and Lynne Cheney says alot. You can tell when some people love each other, but with them you see two people who are still IN-love with each other. The sparkle in his eye when he's face to face with her.

Actually he was inferring no stated that Cheney was too sick to do his duties there is a thread on FR about needless to say I have posted a few comments on it. I originally saw the article on Lucianne on Saturday it made me mad then and I am still mad now. Here is a link to the article on Yahoo - unbelievable.

Rangel's Rant

Yes we all know that the VP has had and to an extent lives with health problems but as he has said if it actually affected his duties he would be the first to step forward and resign. In January he gave his schedule on the IMUS show which was something like this rises about 6.00am exercises and has briefing at his house about 7.00am then goes to the White House for further briefings with the President about 8.00am and then into whatever his duties are for the day be it domestic or foreign policy. Returns home somewhere between 6.00/7.00pm at night hardly the schedule for a sick out of it man as Rangel was saying.

Jusst got back from seeing Air Force 1
land here in San Diego.

CAluvdubya and I had lunch and went to the harbor overlooking North Island Naval Air Station. He was
around 35 mins early. It is always wonderful to
see AF1. HE is spending the night here at Hotel del Coronado and will speak tomorrow with Rummy at North Island.
He will then go the Navy Hospital here to see the wounded.
It is around 7 block from my apt.
