That has to be 2 boats side by side - no way they would that many people in one boat.

One of those pontoon/party boat things would make a good SAR craft in this situation, and they can carry a LOT of people.

I saw what looked like one boat, with a glob of people packed in there. But she said there were dozens of boats who left from somewhere at 6am this morning to make this trek to help.
