I don't think oil prices will rise much due to the storm, production in the area is maybe 400K barrels per day. Futures are trading around 70 now, those take into account the predicted storm damage.
Now if a storm like this hit Arabia then we'd be talking $100 oil...
Plus they are going to open up the SRP
Oil is already spiked to $70/barrel.
