wonder, if the eye passes directly over NO - is it wide enough to put the whole city and the lake outside the windfield for a significant portion of the storm?.

Guaranteed, if the eye passes over, a whole bunch of idiots are going to assume its over and go out and party, then get swept away when the eyewall arrives
