Oh I hope not. For the first time in nearly 40 years construction on I 40 thru Little Rock is almost completed.
Wow, really? I lived north of Little Rock for a couple of years, and absolutely loved it, especially the fall foliage. But seared into my memory were the long, long stretches of freeway to Texas and Memphis that were coned off to a single lane, with endless number of squares cut out of the other lane, seemingly never completed.
