As I see this mayor...I keep wondering...if he has actually EVER been in a major hurricane!!!??? Does he have a clue??? I know he's been WARNED over and over again...at times he looks like a deer in the headlights of a car.

Who Is this mayor? And when was the evacuation ordered?
What I don't get is this is the city that has bragged they have a plan to deal with a big storm.
Their plan seems to be to talk with lawyers to decide if they can enact an evacuation.
Why aren't they using school buses to help folks out of town?
Pardon the crassness, but the only evacuation this mayor is familiar with is probably the one that created the big brown spot in his pants...
