More trouble with the 911 O-mission! Captain Ed is all over this story - it's going to explode in the MSM one of these days, because this is hot stuff.

" it's going to explode in the MSM "
wrong, 911 never happened and if it did it was all bush's fault.(/sarcasm)
honestly, the truth will finally come out but it will hardly make the 4:00am news and 12 page of the local.

I won't believe there are any terrorists in the Middle East until Cindy Sheehan says so. She IS the de facto expert on all things related to military and national security. Until she makes a comment, I'll just assume this is part of that neo-con Zionist plot that killed Casey.

Could this be why the liberals keep itching that Iraq/Saddam was not involved with al-Qaeda?

"...it's going to explode in the MSM one of these days.."ONLY if their feet are held to the fire, as CBS and Dan Rather's were. Meanwhile, they'll continue to try to discredit every new bit of information. They haven't left the '90s and are still operating under the old Clinton DNC Stylebook 'guidelines'.

ARTICLE..."Most troubling among the seventy-five documents the team read that Sunday morning in July were masses of reports on Iranian intelligence operative Imad Mugniyeh, who is described in the 9/11 Commission Report as "a senior Hezbollah operative."
Yes sir...Ive been waiting for news of this guy to surface. I suspect that he was the actual operational planner for the 9-11 attacks. He is reported to be a genius but also quite psychotic. At one point he was the most wanted terrorist.
Ive always felt that Bin Laden and Al Zawahiri traveled to Iran right before Tora Bora...and are working right along with this guy in Iran now planning the next big one.
Once again...why leave this stuff out?

What??? They have completely erased the entire decade of the 90's from the public consciousness.
If we had the entire mass communication ops that the left has, we could change history too.

"Commission staff members had discovered a document from a U.S. intelligence agency that described in detail Iran's ties to al-Qaeda, he said. It had been buried at the bottom of a huge stack of highly classified documents on other subjects that had been delivered to a special high-security reading room in an undisclosed location in Washington, DC."
"The document was a summary of raw intelligence reports gathered through intercepts and other means, and was uncovered when staff readers -- on detail from different intelligence agencies -- were turning over rocks before the report went to the printer, just to make sure no worm crawled out. When the chief analyst scanned through the references at the end, he whistled quietly. "There's trouble in River City," he recalls thinking. It footnoted seventy-five distinct source documents, labeled from capital A to sss."
Sounds like there may be far more coming on the subject of 'major omissions' in the report of the 911 Omission Commission. fwiw, I have long thought it quite possible that Al Qaeda had useful assistance from BOTH Iran and Iraq. Al Qaeda tried to maintain good relations with a number of countries, and they and the Mullahs shared a great hatred for the Saudi princes, so they may well have found common ground to work together. The CIA types seem far too invested in their mid-90s idea of "loose networks" to deny that terror groups enjoy state sponsorship. Why is it so difficult to imagine that Iran would be doing analogous things with Al Qaeda that it does with Hezbollah????????

My friends and I were just out on our deck discussing this very thing. The people in this country act as if 911 had never happened. I never in my wildest dreams would have believed we would be in this situation today, but we are. We share with country with a bunch of self centered ignorant people who only believe what they hear on the MSM because they are too lazy to find out the truth.

The piece ends:
"We do know one thing after almost three weeks of Able Danger revelations -- the Commission report has no credibility as a truthful analysis of the forces behind 9/11 and our information prior to the attacks."
I think they have been damaged severely on credibility, but nothing happens unless this gets media play.

The people in this country act as if 911 had never happened. You are correct. I said a year ago that we need another hit before the house-plants wake up.... Maybe.

Once again...why leave this stuff out? Assume the Iran tie had come out at or about 9/11. What would have occurred? Perhaps a demand for war against Iran? Maybe the agency was told to keep the Iran ties under wraps until the right time...

Iraq with Saddam was KEY for other nations to get cheap "oil", all under a UN lead oil for rotten food program.
Those other nations are just as accountable as any of these terrorists and their walled up networks.
Russia is the one who provided Iran with the goods to go nuclear and it would be interesting to see exactly what that contract said. What did the Russians get?

You are correct. I said a year ago that we need another hit before the house-plants wake up.... Maybe. It's politically incorrect to show images of 9/11, but the poor, defenseless, innocent terrorists with underpants on their heads is ok.
