In my last column, I discussed the media’s manipulation of facts and photos to describe the United States detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

This time, we’ll take a look inside the maximum security facilities at Gitmo.

Camps 2 and 3 - The most dangerous terrorists, and radio talk show hosts, are housed here.

First, a common question: Are there some people here who shouldn’t be?

Probably, but I’m convinced the U.S. is doing everything possible to keep those numbers to a minimum, while keeping dangerous terrorists locked up. After all, it’s not easy to become a detainee here. During the course of the War on Terror, coalition forces have captured nearly 87,000 enemy combatants. Of that group, about 850 of the most dangerous terrorists have found their way to Gitmo. Detainees have multiple reviews and hearings each

I wonder if there's a way to let the soldiers at Gitmo know how much we support them. I'd hate their job.

Can you read the headline in()? No need to search, I posted the original and was asked to repost it.

I'll be sure to run it past you the next time

So the new rule is that when "asked" we just keep deliberately reposting all the stories we think are important for others to read?

Or are there different rules for different people?

If everyone reposted stories they thought were important, do you think this would be a better or worse site?

I consulted someone who posts a lot here, because I didn't know. I took their advice.

If you had already read the article, why did you click on it again?

I see lots of multiple posts, there are different users at different times, on different days.

Alot of the posts I read for the first time are third, fourth and sometimes fifth postings.

If you are part of management of this site, please inform me of that, and, as I said before, I will consult you before I post anymore articles.

I really didn't mean to get under anyones skin. Hence, the (repost)disclaimer included in the title.

If it weren't for multiple posts, I'd miss a whole lot of stuff. I thought I was doing a good thing.

I'll go lay down now.

I for one appreciate the repost. I missed it before and evidently missed this guys first article.

I'm printing both for my father-in-law who doesn't have a computer.

Don't worry about re-posting it. You put your disclaimer in. If someone doesn't want to read it again, they won't click on it!
