They just started runnning AAR on a tiny little AM station. I have listened from time to time out of morbid curiosity. They remind me of nothing so much as a bunch of stupid children throwing an endless tantrum. The market should make quick work of their nonsense unless they had access to some deep pockets.
I agree that Turkey is one of more polite and appropriate descriptions of Air America but you must not have hunted wild turkeys.

How come Dubya was able to turn a $500,000 investment in the Rangers Baseball Team into $16 million and Hillary could only scam a measley $100,000 from an original $1,000 investment in beef futures? Odd, isn't it. The hosts are mostly comedians, yet it's all pretty humorless.

Since the Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club received large city grants, AAR was funded by the taxpayers.
They have access to some pretty deep pockets and also are gaining skills in the fraud and scam arts. I hope Soros gives them millions and millions of dollars and buys them hundreds of radio stations.
The turkeys dropped from helicopters had to be domestic birds since wild turkeys are generally protected as game birds. Wild turkeys do fly although they probably spend more time walking. I had a friend who raised wild turkeys to release for hunting. He had to keep them in closed buildings because they fly over fences. Once released they were game birds and subject to all of the state wildlife regulations.
I am aware of that and I am wondering how long if ever the prosecutor in N.Y is oging to offer up some indictments?
Mainstream America isn't buying what Randi Rhodes and the rest of her kook fringe followers are selling. The only bad thing about when Der America radio goes under, is that the foul mouthed, nicotine addict Rhodes (who won't even use her real last name) might end up back down here on AM radio in South Florida where she started. If she does, I will call her local show and make her yell and scream just like I used to do :)
I'd like to see the numbers for Madison, WI where it was also said to be succeeding. If you define success as beating the out-of-town polka station...maybe...
