Now that shows the size of the crowd!!!
Holy cow! Seeing all of you lined up out there supporting our troops and shouting USA! just brought tears to my eyes.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU, for taking time out of your busy lives to go stand out there and represent us all. You are all awesome! I wish I could give you all a big hug!
Thank you for the video clip. It's great.

Booyah! I wish you were in Texas, we're going crazy waiting for updates.
Last night my wife, and my West Highland White Terrier,Sadie, and I were a small part of the large counter protest at Walter Reed Hospital main gate. We stood on the opposite corner from the blood suckers from the Code Pinko crowd. Their numbers never got more than 15 all night.
The Free Republic DC Chapter was large and had the 1,000s of cars honking all the way. The sad little blood suckers thought they were done for when the good guys started numbering over 100 as darkness fell. Our Westie wanted to know where the BBQ was all night as we promised her grilled pinko with sauce. Unfortunately, their candles never caught their banners on fire, as I am sure she would have run across the street for a quick leg chew or two! She would look over at them and lick her chops with visions of well-done pinkos a cooking.
A great night for our side as we waited for a bus of. Around 9:15 PM a bus full of troops and proud and worried parents pulled off Georgia into the main gate drive. The bus came to a complete stop in the middle of the road blocking all traffic, turned on the interior lights so all of us shouting USA-USA-USA-USA!, could see crutches propped against the windows and seats, the individual hardships suffered, and the parents riding inside. The waves and smiles from the brave wounded and eyes lighting up of the parents as they began to see outside in the darkness the large crowd waiting for them. We were there to support them! Smiles first, then waves as the troops, moms, and dads recognized that there are really people in the USA who stand with them, support them, and understand their sacrifices. Unlike the peace crowd who celebrate every trooper killed, every soldier wounded, every bomb blast that takes a childs future, as part of their hatred of the USA and politics, we were there to show our support of the troops. We say, Thanks, we support your mission, your sacrifices on our behalf, and we stand in awe of your efforts
That moment in time will live in my mind for many a day. FR made a difference that night, for the wounded and their love ones. As I say one dad in the back of the bus looking out trying to understand what was all the noise. His sad eyes lit up with recognition of the sounds of USA USA USA USA USA USA!!! His open hands turned and became thumbs up.
Across the street in the We hate troops crowd
nothing but seething silence of hate and bitterness.
Next week our wounded troops need your help to make it even better .
Sadie says woof woof. Loosely translated she says Bring a flag, come on out on Friday night and lets cook ourselves a peacenik and she will bring the hot sauce!
Code Perplex-O will be there. Will you?
