It's fought all the time. Many people are re-enactors! They even have Revolutionary War re-enactors, and Roman Empire re-enactors!
Perhaps, because many of the 60's hippies lived life a little too wildly and are no longer around. 8)

I was so glad to hear that Rush pointed out today that the NY Times is no longer known as the "paper of record".
Talking about Wash Post headline today "Is anything wrong with Pat Robertson making a killing?" - one of his ventures in age defying shakes he sells and how it is wrong of him to make a profit. An evangelical "watch dog group" the Times found says he's abusing his tax status even though he has licensed it.
I swear when I first moved into where I live now, I kept hearing explosions and I am like what the heck? it's pouring rain so I thought it was thunder, but it continued after it stopped raining, I realized it was cannons! About a mile a way in the park they were having a battle! LOL For a minute I thought we were under attack!
