It can be argued that Cindy hates her son Casey. If hate is too strong the perhaps extremely angry is a better descriptive.
Cindy is extremely angry with her son Casey. He disregarded her radical leftwing pacifist rants and joined the Army. He chose to make his will to be a good American soldier superior to her antiAmerica, Antiwar will.
Now he is dead and she can do nothing but rant about it all being someone else's fault. A mother's failure to direct him along the pacifist path, the guilt for the failure and then the guilt for the death are unbearable.
Her only recourse is to like a three yearold, have a public tantrum. The tantrum is loved by the MSM and is being widely disseminated.
There is no grief at Camp Casey, there is only bitter unresolveable anger.
I agree with you. I read somewhere yesterday that she said she wants to make sure Casey "died for peace". Or something to that effect. She continues to spit on his grave daily.
