KIRYAT SHMONA, Israel, Aug 25 (Reuters) - A mortar or rocket fired from Lebanon slammed into a northern Israeli community on Thursday, witnesses said. The Israeli army had no immediate comment.
Kiryat Shmona was the scene of a debased terror attacks where children were killed point blank:
Kiryat Shmona (or Quirat Shemona), 1974
On April 11, 1974, a team of three members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine General Command penetrated the Israeli border town of Kiryat Shmona from Lebanon. Although they had apparently been instructed to take hostages, they instead entered an apartment building and killed all eighteen residents they found there, including nine children. The terrorists then barricaded themselves in one of the apartments and were eventually killed in an exchange of fire with Israeli forces.

Funny that the UN is camped all along the Border, in some cases the UN forts are right next to the Hizbulla. The United Nations is fully responsible for the border war with Israel.
What Terrorist? I don got to show you no terrorists....
I'm baffled.
Northern?

Sharons Negev Ranch Fortified Against Rocket Attacks
12:29 Aug 25, '05 / 20 Av 5765
(IsraelNN.com) The Shin Bet is among the many government agencies concerned about the day after the disengagement, primarily the day following the IDF withdrawal from Gaza.
While the IDFs Homefront Command has fortified public buildings including schools in the western Negev against rocket attacks from Gaza, private homes are not included in the plan.
The Shin Bet(General Security Service), which is responsible for the security in and around Prime Minister Ariel Sharons Sycamore Ranch, however, is unwilling to take such chances, realizing that security experts are predicting an increase in rocket attacks following the IDFs retreat from Gaza. The rockets are expected to reach points further north of Gaza since terrorists will now be free to move up to the northern Gaza security fence to launch attacks into pre-1967 Green Line Israel.
As a result, the prime ministers ranch has recently received a security facelift, which included fortifying the windows against rocket attacks.
Shin Bet officials declined comment on the report.
Grab them by the cojones and their hearts and minds will follow..
Olmert to Rice: Ball in PA Court
18:16 Aug 25, '05 / 20 Av 5765
(IsraelNN.com) Finance Minister Ehud Olmert (Likud) told the American government Wednesday night not to expect any more major concessions to the Palestinian Authority (PA) from Israel for at least three months. Visiting Washington, he told Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice that the PA must make progress in fulfilling promises to disarm terrorists.
Rice is to meet with Justice Minister Tzipi Livni (Likud) Thursday and plans to confer with Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz in September. Both Olmert and Livni were strong backers of the government's expulsion policy.

Israel insists its suicide is on hold for three months,...... but for the US, a special customer- Ok, maybe three days. Three hours if pushed.
Evil people do not understand kindness: they perceive it as weakness.
