Military families disturbed by a sea of crosses erected by anti-war protesters near President Bush's ranch in Crawford, Texas, have removed crosses bearing the names of their fallen children and transferred them to another site to show support for American troops in Iraq.

"Pro-War"? I just love how the lame-stream has all these labels for folks who don't want their kin exploited (for political gain) by lefties.
The cream shall rise to the top!
he has removed three different crosses bearing his son's name from the nearly 600 erected on the narrow road leading to Mr. Bush's ranch. Each time he removed a cross, protesters replaced it, he said.
You would think they would at least have the common decency to respect the wishes of other parents, too.
Thank you for saying that.
I hate those people.
Thank you too!
Last weekend, Mr. Qualls transferred the crosses to a site in downtown Crawford that's been nicknamed "Fort Qualls." Mr. Garvey moved his son's crosses there as well. By yesterday afternoon, friends and relatives of 13 other fallen soldiers had followed suit.
"More are on the way," Mr. Qualls said, based on the number of e-mails, letters and phone calls of support he has received.
Also, starting today, about 500 yard signs that say "Support Our Troops" and "Bush Country" will be placed on property directly across from Camp Casey by a group called GrassFire.org.
"We will also unfurl a huge American flag" to fly at the site, which is being called "Camp Reality," said Steve Elliott, president of GrassFire.org. He said his group has collected 400,000 petitions supporting both Mr. Bush and U.S. troops.
So much for that crowd honoring the fallen. Can't they be legally enjoined to not use other people's names against their families' wishes?
I use to feel bad about hating people like this.
Now I'm really getting in to it.
What else do you say about a woman who allows people to to do this to her son?

The sign on the front supposedly is Casey talking, saying "George, please speak with my mother."
These people are quite mad you know.
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself" -- John Stuart Mill
Anytime, FRiend.
The leftists and their apologists in the MSM want you to believe the the issue is totally black and white: War/fighting is evil. Sometimes war is the lesser of two or more evils.
Historically, America is quite reluctant to go into battle; once we are there, though, we fight like the demons of Hell to win. This held true until Vietnam, when leftists, through the active assistance of their media enablers gained far more publicity than their real numbers warrant.
The anti-war crowd today are NOT concerned by the military and foreign deaths: they are motivated by hatred for President Bush. Since when did the left EVER really care about our brave servicemen/women?
That's sickening! Yep, I'm not feelin the "love" for these idiots at all! grrrr...
Me too, and that's as far as I can go without getting suspended again, or banned.
Sure seems like Cindy and her Groupies aren't respecting the wishes of the families of fallen soldiers
The Washington Times requires excerpting so folks who don't use the link are missing out.
It's a straight news article on the frontpage of today's Times!
Amen.
I'm sure some of my comments...taken out of context can guarantee a ban/suspension. However, I suppose if banned, would give me time to catch up on reading! But I have lost all patience and tolerance for the John Faux Kerry's of the world.
