"Country rock singer Steve Earle performed there this morning with 60's folk singer Joan Baez scheduled to perform tonight."I think these people need to be reminded the Viet Nam war is OVER, and so is the sixties.

'I think these people need to be reminded the Viet Nam war is OVER, and so is the sixties.'
You must've read my mind. As I was perusing the forum and came across one particular thread that involved 38 Democrats from the House of Representatives signing an open antiwar letter to President Bush on behalf of Cindy Sheehan, I thought to myself, "Those of us born in the 1960s are either approaching or already in our forties, Love Beads and Nehru Jackets have long since gone out of style, poor Sharon Tate has been in her grave for thirty six years, and both LBJ and Richard M. Nixon are dead. It's time to give up the ghost, people."

I think these people need to be reminded the Viet Nam war is OVER, and so is the sixties. What are you trying to do, ruin their lives?
As I have said many times before, these are the very people who wanted to destroy this country back in the 60's, and now they're back to finish her off.

I think these people need to be reminded the Viet Nam war is OVER, and so is the sixties.Unfortunately, it isn't over for quite a few of us. It will still be going as long as morons like Baez, sKerry and the like are walking around trying to relive their glory days. Many of us are still fighting to get the truth about it to all to the American people, especially younger ones in schools.
