The famous and historic Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto has joined a growing number of Canadian Hotels to start offering what are know as "Pride Packages" to attract gay clientele.
In a sign of changing times, "Romance" or "Honeymoon" or "Family Vacation" packages meant to attract recently married (heterosexual) couples or young families are now being replaced by explicit invitations to gay "couples".
A recent press release by the Sutton Place Hotel reads:

Gee, I wonder how many broke straight guys are going to try and take advantage of the discount.

(IN truth, I became hotel-room-phobic after seeing some info about what is left where in those places. Give me a motorhome, anytime!)
Well that is pure genius, let's give up the business that is brings in 95% of our revenue for people that are a small minority. That should generate sooooo much cash. The market will teach them. Give it time.
