Nah. They don't need a driver's license to vote in NM, or any form of ID. Just show up, say in your best Spanish that you are an American citizen, sign an affidavit that you are Juan Hernandez and you are given a ballot. Governor opposed a picture ID requirement last session. Hell, you can't buy a pack of cigarettes or a six-pack of the "beer-of-the-week" without a picture ID. Why should voting be any different.
