Almost completely right.

The thing is you don't get insurance for you, the owner gets it for the car.

You will lose your DL, or get the charge Suspended, because it's up to you to know about the car's insurance.

They still don't get insurance. How stupid do these "pols" think we are? For one thing, most illegals don't understand the concept of insurance.

Just a smokescreen. Same ridiculous excuse used here in Arizona as to why "illegals" should be allowed to get driver's licenses.

...another Bush would be a stretch. That goes double for "another" clinton.

That 's the BEST argument I have seen. If ANOTHER Clinton is OK, why not another Bush?

Yep, and if you get into and accident, they run right quick, or fake injuries to get $$$ from YOUR insurance. it's all a big joke here in Calif.

I'm pretty vague on the lost computer. Didn't it come out later that it was done to discredit the guy?

I'm going to research -- this is the computer lost at the airport, right?

FYI, Cee Cee Connelly on FNS had a parial byline on that WAPost story last week about SC nominee Roberts slandering housewives. Roberts joked that the advisability of housewives becoming lawyers was questionable.

However, a complete objective review of Roberts statements revealed he was poking fun at lawyers, not housewives, but Cee Cee and her fellow writers jumped at the chance to slander Roberts. They showed their true colors, -desparation to slam Republicans--as well as a total lack of a sense of humor.

So does Richardson think none of us out here in the real world don't know this and will just shake our heads up and down when he says the will become better, safer drivers, buy and maintain insurance, be trackable when they commit crimes and not vote illegally. How dumb he must think we are.

The good stuff was already on this morning, with LTC Shaffer and Neal Boortz on CSPAN.

Indeed. Sad, isn't it?

I won't give up hope this issue becomes more prominent after the August reecess is done. Weldon needs to have hearings. I also heard some senators want the senate to have hearings, too. At that time, if hearings occur, then the Sunday shows will ocver the issue.

agree with you to a point that none of these manufactured scandals has delivered a knock-out punch to the Bush administration. However, cumulatively, they take a toll on his approval ratings and therefore his effectiveness in getting things done.

Again. GW Bush is President until Jan 2009. There is no "cumulative effect" to any of this. You need to tune out the Dinosaur Media and tune in the New Media more. I know living in Philly it is hard to believe it but most of the country does NOT think like the Elitist East Coast Dinosaur media. Proof of that is how the Dinosaur Media threw everything they could at Bush and still lost in 2004. They are irrelevant. What IS relevant is that we elect as many people willing to stand for the things we believe in in 2006 as possible. Listening to the Dinosaur Media is the modern equivalent of listening to Radio Berlin during WW 2. They are propagandists for a particular political ideology and make no effort to present any sort of intellectually honest, credible Journalism anymore. For example. Contrast the deification of Cindy Sheehan, a a Hysteric Left Moveon.org activist, being staged managed by PR giant, Freen Communication, in her "protest" with the vilification of the Swift Boat Vets. The Dinosaur Media still has yet to report on her background while the FIRST, and only, question the Dinosaur Media was interested in was who was contributing to the Swift Boats Vets from the Right.

I agree about George Allen. For me he has become just another pretty GOP face.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pretty face? Are you talking about George Allen the football coach?
I'm sorry but George Allen the Senator has the look that he has 1/2 a chromosome more than required.
And, stating that GWB should meet with Mother Sheehan leades me to think that he indeed has 1/2 a chromosome more than necessary.
About Abu Ghrabib,I hope so. Actually, what I really hope is that the Government wins its case so that the pictures are not released, or appeals (why am I not hearing about an appeal) so it can be tied up for months and months in the courts.
Actually, I have no problem with the pictures being released after the War on Terror is over and by that time:
we would have lost and we'll be forced to watch them in reeducation camps over and over again (sort of like the MSM made us do last year)
or would have won and nobody cares except the left.
I think you're right. There are people asking their Senators and Representatives about Able Danger. They are getting an ear full here anyway. Add in the illegal immigration issue, and these guys are starting to understand these thing have to be addressed.
You are absolutely right. I meant to say that would be best for his approval ratings, or the war-supporting republicans who will be running for re-election soon enough. If Iraq looks up, so will Bush's approval ratings and the chance of No-Hillary in 2008
Or the Braindead at Movon will stage more Cindy style PR stunts and keep reminding people why the Hysteric Left cannot be trusted with ANY political power. I would not worry about Iraq. If you look up the casualty patterns Iraq is cyclical. Right now we have no good news and plenty of bad. The Iraqi Constitution will get done. Saddam's trial is yet to be held. 9-11 will be coming around again. The whole reason the Dinosaur Media hyperventilates about their make believe polls is to DRIVE their agenda at a slow news time.
Sometimes, you have to accept Republicans that do not agree with you on every issue
What is really interesting is to follow a story that is not getting that much press and it is really evident that the left wing media hides relevant facts to a disgraceful degree. It's less obvious in the bigger stories, like Sheenan, but boy did they try. I think desperation has set in.
