Missing: Natalee Holloway participated in a trip with 125 seniors from Mountain Brook High School to Aruba in the Caribbean. In the early morning hours on May 30, 2005 Natalee was seen leaving a nightclub and getting into a vehicle. She failed to turn up Monday morning for her return flight home and she has not been seen since. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.
Profile: Natalee Holloway was born on October 21, 1986 to Beth and Dave Holloway. She grew up in the close-knit community of Mountain Brook, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. She was very popular and respected by her classmates and had a reputation among peers at being very intelligent and focused on her future. She lived up to her reputation, graduating as an honors student from the Mountain Brook High School.
Extracurricular Activities: During Natalle's high school years she participated several extracurricular activities including: The American Field Service - A club which interacts with the foreign exchange students. Dorians Dance Team Future Business Leaders of America Mu Alpha Theta - Math honor society Natural Helpers - A peer based emotional support group. Outdoors Club Spanish Club Spanish Honor Society Spartan Pride - School pep group. TASC - Teens Actively Serving the Community
Future Goals: Natalee received a full scholarship to the University of Alabama. She planned to major in Pre-Med, in order to pursue her goal of being a pediatrician.

I think you right. What these cockroaches never counted on was a Beth Holloway Twitty and all of us God loving, praying Christians behind her. God Himself will step in if necessary. Man can manipulate to a certain degree but in the final analysis, God CONTROLS everything!! I take comfort in that and I'm sure Beth does also.

THat is a very good question! Looks like a bit of an armpit to me. Dry, hot, windy, nothing to do or see unless you scuba dive or windsurf. Of course, theres always the drugs, booze and illicit activities.
I live on the Coast, I have the ocean, I can swim, do family things on the beaches, (rather than other things! :o) )
And its peaceful, quiet wholesome and gorgeous. I can hunt in my backyard, fish in the front yard!
THis country has some of the most gorgeous scenery anywhere in the world. We have it all! Snow, sun, ocean, lakes, woods, desert,mountains, whatever you want, the US has it!

Yes! What a surprise the Arubans had! I'll bet even Beth herself was surprised at all the support from so very many of us!!!! This is a good family that needs help and we are all there to help them bring their daughter home with God's help.
You know PNSN about a year ago I joined a Texas based Presidential Prayer Team. On that site we could adopt a Marine, or whatever to pray for each day. I adopted four Marines and getting the periodic updates was just so thrilling. As of last week the last one of them returned home safely. I guess it's time I filled my quota once again.
Unlike the disgusting Central Canadian LIEberals, I'm a staunch Conservative as are all the people I know and associate with. I for one appreciate immensely the fact that this undeserving nation sits under the protection of the United States of America.!!

I know who Van Der Straaten is, and he is not Joran's godfather. He is Joran's brother's godfather. Oh, and he is back on the island now. And, yes, he is the Chief of Keystone Kops in Aruba. He is definitely responsible for the situation as it stands today.
Yeah I know. As you have stated it must be almost a life and death decision to come forward as a witness in Aruba. It "could" carry the death penalty. In fact, you may even become a suspect and be arrested. What a backward system. No wonder they can't solve a case.

Good question. I'm not sure what it really says. I'm going to watch the replay of Scarborough for myself. i just thought this was very interesting. Van Zandt seems to have gotten more out of Deepak in one visit than ALE got from him over several weeks.

Thanks for the correction on the Godfather issue. However I sure wasn't aware that he was back on the Island and had anything at all anymore to do with this case. I thought he was sort of "forced" to retire!! This is not good news.

Well, there is some speculation as to whether or not he was forced to retire. It was said very early in the case that his contract/term was up in June or July. At one time he said he was going to stay on until this case was resolved, but it evidently took longer than he thought. (Translation: Beth wouldn't go away). He spent a few weeks off the island helping his daughter with her new house, but is back on the island right now. He is not workingat his old job. It has been said that he has a job offer on another island, but I don't know what that job is.
That has always baffled me. Why announce a body if there isn't one? Makes no sense.
Scarey stuff, isn't it?
