I've heard a tape played over and over of Clinton ADMITTING that Sudan offered "Mister" bin Laden to the U.S. Clinton said we couldn't hold him because he hadn't done anything yet. Spin and lie is NYT's rule of journalism.

That cartoon of John Bolton and the UN hiding behind a " WALL " like rats that they are reminds me of this.

Yea, yea, that's what he was going to do but then Monica distracted him.
Seriously, when I think of how immature Clinton is/was I'm totally shocked that he was president of the US. I mean shocked! And that anyone could even think of voting for Hillary knowing what we know, I can't even begin to describe the disgust I would feel for them.

- The newly declassified documents do not directly address the question of whether Sudan ever offered to turn over Mr. bin Laden.
State Dept. Says It Warned About bin Laden in 1996 The New York Times, 8.16.05
But the Rapist, himself, did directly address it.
here and here and here
"The Sudanese wanted America to start dealing with them again. They released him [bin Laden]. At the time, '96, he had committed no crime against America, so I did not bring him here because we had no basis on which to hold him, though we knew he wanted to commit crimes against America. So I pleaded with the Saudis to take him, 'cause they could have; but they thought it was a hot potato. They didn't and that's how he wound up in Afghanistan." -

Some excerpts from the
1996 fatwa, which demonstrates why UBL thought the US was a paper tiger. Clinton's weak responses (and Reagan in Beirut) to acts of terror emboldened him to initiate bigger and more horrific attacks against the US. This is Clinton's legacy
"Few days ago the news agencies had reported that the Defence Secretary of the Crusading Americans had said that "the explosion at Riyadh and Al-Khobar had taught him one lesson: that is not to withdraw when attacked by coward terrorists".
"We say to the Defence Secretary that his talk can induce a grieving mother to laughter! and shows the fears that had enshrined you all. Where was this false courage of yours when the explosion in Beirut took place on 1983 AD (1403 A.H). You were turned into scattered pits and pieces at that time; 241 mainly marines solders were killed. And where was this courage of yours when two explosions made you to leave Aden in lees than twenty four hours! "
"But your most disgraceful case was in Somalia; where- after vigorous propaganda about the power of the USA and its post cold war leadership of the new world order- you moved tens of thousands of international force, including twenty eight thousands American solders into Somalia. However, when tens of your solders were killed in minor battles and one American Pilot was dragged in the streets of Mogadishu you left the area carrying disappointment, humiliation, defeat and your dead with you. Clinton appeared in front of the whole world threatening and promising revenge , but these threats were merely a preparation for withdrawal. You have been disgraced by Allah and you withdrew; the extent of your impotence and weaknesses became very clear. It was a pleasure for the "heart" of every Muslim and a remedy to the "chests" of believing nations to see you defeated in the three Islamic cities of Beirut , Aden and Mogadishu."
"I say to Secretary of Defence: The sons of the land of the two Holy Places had come out to fight against the Russian in Afghanistan, the Serb in Bosnia-Herzegovina and today they are fighting in Chechenia and -by the Permission of Allah- they have been made victorious over your partner, the Russians. By the command of Allah, they are also fighting in Tajakistan.

Another thing that I have not heard anyone mention, or talk about is HalfBright's computer that was somehow stolen from her office that had classified information on it.
What year was that again ? could it be ? the cover up started then ?

Does anyone hear believe that Hillary didn't know about Able Danger ?
She was privy to much of the information going in and out of the White House.

They need to do a thorough investigation of Sandy Burger's involvement with those stolen documents, and the laptop computer that was stolen from the State Department on Halfbright's watch.... need to connect the dots here.

Yeah, but it is their contempt for such things that was often the problem. They had no interest in foreign policy if it didn't lead to either better public perception with little effort, or to personal gain.

...leading to failed military attempts by the Clinton administration to capture or kill him in Afghanistan. Considering that the NYT actually even PRINTED the article, I guess I should be happy, but,
Is this really the way to describe the lobbing of a couple of cruise missiles into Afghanistan/ Sudan?? Net result - one camel dead & untreated headaches for a month??
