UK police said Monday they were searching for a man wearing just a diaper, who approaches women late at night and asks: "Are there any baby changing facilities around here?"

LOL.
They do that all the time in Belgium.
That's a helluva pick-up line, eh?
"police seek diaper clad man..."
Grandpa?
Did anyone offer him some toilet paper?
"Police seek diaper-clad man who pesters women"
He goes by the name "Bubba" and is armed with a cigar.
Nappy? Keen?
The gaydar is going off big time.
Was he wearing the diaper on his buttocks or his head?
Why do people always steal my best pick up lines???
Is this illegal?
Salacious enough?
It wasn't me, I swear!
It sure is. What woman in her right mind could resist? I'm swooning already.
The diaper fetish captial of the world is Tokyo.
Ah, showing off those wedding pix again I see.
Since apparently that's really all he's doing, it's pretty funny. Shouldn't the British police have more pressing investigations to attend to these days?
I might as well tell the story:
There was a forty-ish financial investor recently charged with assault in this area. He would pretend to be mentally retarded and would need a care taker to come into his home where he was clad in diapers. Middle aged women invariably answered the ads, and he was charged with asault for fondling their 'chests' under the guise of not knowing any better.
Sometimes he would 'come out of character' and forget, while speaking in his normal voice while offering financial advice (bad move in my opinion, for maintaining the ruse)
No one has ever explained who answered the phone when those responding to the ads would call to inquire about the job. They were simply asked to show up, and their 'pay' would be in an envelope upon their arrival.
