I don't understand the connection between Able Danger's info on Atta being in US and Atta being in Czech Republic and on the Iraqi payroll.

Can someone explain this to me please.

Ex-president Bill Clinton now says he would have taken out Osama bin Laden before the 9/11 attacks – if only the FBI and CIA had been able to prove the al-Qaida mastermind was behind the attack on the U.S.S. Cole.

Atta's cell phone was used when Czech spooks claim he was in Prague. His cell phone would not work in the Czech Republic. (Note: his cell phone could have been used in the U.S. by any of his pals.) This is important because it is believed that he met with Iraqi intelligence in Prague during the planning of 9/11. That would have been his second trip there and establishes a direct link to Hussein. If Iraqi intelligence was involved with him, we have found Hussein's fingerprints.

The Able Danger group say Atta as an immediate danger and wanted the Pentagon to warn the FBI. Because of the wall created by Jamie Gorelick, Pentagon officials would not let the info be passed to the FBI; Atta was apparently in the country legally with a Visa.

One member of Able Danger claims he told the 9/11 commission staff about the info they had on Atta. It was not included in their report. One of the big questions --- did Jamie Gorelick help cover up for Clinton? Another question --- why wasn't she at the witness table answering questions instead of asking them?

I understand that Able Danger warned of Atta and the "Brooklyn Cell" prior to 9/11, and that the not legally required "wall" was used as a reason to block needed intel from being given to the FBI.

What I did not understand was this issue of the Atta timeline and how Able Danger's intel challenges it. And did any of AD's intel purport that Atta was in Czech and not in US when his cell phone was used?

Or is the issue more general in AD just calling into question the entire Atta timeline?

Those on the left want to dismiss Atta's visit with Iraqi intelligence in Prague. That alone justifies the attack on Hussein.
