Anyone have the photo of Sheehan with Moore in the background shadows. Post here if you do, I could not find it.

I pity this woman, who has suffered a grief unlike any I could ever know. However, having said that, she is not honoring her son's memory, or his service to his country. He willingly chose to serve (as did I, although not overseas) and he knew the risks inherent in military life.
Additionally, she is dishonoring many others' service by using their childrens' names for her own cause, often without the consent or the knowledge of their families.

I agree. I guess the only thing I would add is that I think she needs some professional help.

Isn't her 15 minutes up yet? Oh, I guess the MSM is in charge of the clock, and they want it to last for who knows how long.....

I hope everyone got to watch "Company of Heroes" on Fox News.
That program showed what Marines and Marine Corps families are all about.
This woman was against the war before her son enlisted, was against her son enlisting and now she shames him. Her son served his country and the Marine Corps proudly.
Nothing more need be said.
Semper Fi,
Kelly

That woman is really starting to piss me off.
If I were in her son's place and could see what she's doing , I'd be very ashamed.

It's about time somebody got it right. I beamed with pride watching our boys last night.

Nothing says it better than that. I mean her kids have asked her to stop and come home...she can't, it's better for them maybe in her state right now. I'm sure you saw the Al Jazeera articles on her over here.

Me too. It's about time we get some patriotic content. During the wars we always had that...except for this one.
MSM is beyond socialist and fascist.

It's not only the overwhelming amount of coverage she's getting, but also the spin of the coverage. Things like 'one mother accomplishing what millions could not' and 'will this be the tipping point?' etc.
So many stories imply that the vast majority of Americans agree with everything Sheehan says, they just didn't have the 'courage' to confront the eeevil BushCo. But now they will, so sayeth the MSM.

She looks like someone who's got a major case of hidden wedgie. I love her choice of colors RED, WHITE and Pinko all over

I never lost a child, so I can't say what I would do in that situation. But it looks like she has gone off the deep end and is in some kind of a foggy dreamland. Either that, or she didn't have a very good relationship with her son. What mother, with deep love and respect for her child, would dishonor him so blatantly? It's chilling.
To: ladiesview61
she's just an antiwar publicity hound and has absolutely no respect for her son's memory...
nothing more
