Cindy Sheehan Blames Israel for Terrorism

The media's favorite Gold Star mother is blasting Israel along with the U.S. for being the primary cause of worldwide terrorism.

"You get America out of Iraq and Israel out of Palestine and you'll stop the terrorism," Sheehan declared Saturday, in quotes picked up by the Drudge Report. As her protest outside President Bush's Crawford, Texas ranch enters its second week, Sheehan, called for Bush's impeachment for "war crimes."

"And now I'm going to use another 'I' word - impeachment - because we cannot have these people pardoned," she complained. "They need to be tried on war crimes and go to jail."

Even as Sheehan's comments have grown increasingly bizarre over the last week, she has picked up the support of Democratic Party movers and shakers.

In a conference call organized by Joe Trippi and Bob Fertik, Sheehan blasted the U.S. government, saying that without the Internet, "we would already be a fascist state," according to National Review Online.

Trippi managed Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean's presidential campaign in 2004. Fertik is co-founder of Democrats.com.

Sheehan has also attracted the support of the radical left-wing Democratic group, Moveon.org.

And Bush-bashing conspiracy filmmaker Michael Moore is featuring extensive coverage of her protest on his web site.

In the midst of his mother's meltdown, we shouldn't forget her son's sacrifice.

Army Spc. Casey Sheehan 24, of Vacaville, Calif.; assigned to 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; killed April 4 when his unit was attacked with rocket-propelled grenades and small-arms fire in Baghdad.

Vacaville eulogizes soldier from Iraq

VACAVILLE, Calif. — Hundreds of mourners came out Tuesday to remember Army Spc. Casey Austin Sheehan as an honor student who was quick to help out others.

The 24-year-old Sheehan died in Iraq last week, bringing the war closer to this town located between San Francisco and Sacramento.

“His life has brought new meaning to our community,” said Vacaville Mayor Len Augustine, who declared April 13, 2004 as Casey Austin Sheehan Memorial Day. “He made the ultimate sacrifice.”

Nearly 1,000 people filled St. Mary’s Church to bid farewell to Sheehan, who had been in Iraq only two weeks before he was killed in a battle with Shiite militia outside Baghdad.

“Casey was such a special man — the perfect son,” said longtime family friend Estella Tucker.

Sheehan was a member of the 82nd Field Artillery of the 1st Cavalry Division out of Fort Hood, Texas.

Army Maj. Gen. Rodney Kobayashi was on hand to present Sheehan’s family with the Purple Heart and Bronze Star and thank them for a fine soldier, “a soldier’s soldier.”

The Army is still investigating the circumstances surrounding Sheehan’s death. The Pentagon believes Sheehan and seven soldiers were killed when their units were attacked by rocket-propelled grenades and small-arms fire south of Baghdad.

In addition to his parents, Patrick and Cindy, Sheehan is survived by his brother, Andy, and sisters, Carly and Jane.

Sheehan was killed Sunday in a fire-fight outside Baghdad. Sheehan’s family members said his sergeant told them he and another soldier, Cpl. Forest J. Jostes, volunteered to be part of a quick response team when rioting started in Baghdad.

“He didn’t have to go,” said Sheehan’s 23-year-old sister, Carly. “He would do anything for anybody. He’d give you the shirt off his back. He was just a loving and caring person.”

Carly Sheehan said her brother was active in his Catholic church, spending 10 years as an altar server and serving in the youth ministry.

“That’s all he wanted to do was serve God and his country his whole life,” Carly Sheehan said. “He was a boy scout from age 6 or 7 and an Eagle Scout. It was kind of a natural progression to go into the military from that. He said he was enjoying the military because it was just like the boy scouts but they got guns.”

Does she say where the Israelis should go when they get out of Palestine? BTW, where does she think Palestine is?

The woman keeps getting loopier and loopier.

The aliens have found a way to bypass the protection she was getting from wearing the tinfoil hat.

How long until we may expect to see her in an episode of "South Park"? Saturday Night Live won't run a parody of her, because they agree far too strongly with her criticisms, objectives and beliefs.

"Mother" Sheehan should start wearing a burkah in solidarity with her poor, oppressed Al Qaeda comrades. Has she burned the Israeli and American flags yet?

she is a total nutcase

Hinckley made the mistake of actual shooting at the president; the trick for mental cases is to use the MSM. Similarly, the Nazis/Japanese foolishly fought us without first establishing that they had greivances (we're victims of oppression!); today's enemies have learned to appeal to the 35% who hate America.

It won't be long for south park. I suspect that Cartman will and Stan will play prominent roles.

On the Fox News Sunday panel today Bill Kristol said that Cindy Sheehan --in case it's never been mentioned before her son was killed in Iraq-- was becoming a problem for the democrats and I thought Juan William's eyes were going to pop out of their sockets.

She's been making anti-Semitic comments for months. It's just now coming to the attention of those following the story. At some point there will be some decent Democrats who will step forward and denounce her bigotry.

Noam Chomsky has ties to the Crawford peace house.

Replace the name Cindy Sheehan with Noam Chomsky and what do you get:

"You get America out of Iraq and Israel out of Palestine and you'll stop the terrorism".

The three women featured, Cindy Sheehan, Nadia McCaffrey and Jane Bright--are all members of Sheehan's "group" Gold Star Families.

The Real Voices ad campaign was done by Fenton Communications--which is a George Soros/MoveOn front.

This goes a long way towards explaining how these people can afford to do their propaganda 24 hours a day and seven days a week for the last couple of years.

The pieces are fitting together every day. She is just another dup that is brainwashed into thinking that everything is related to GWB or Israel.

People like that fail to remember history. Before Israel was a recognized state the muslims were trying to kill each other. Now they have a common enemy. If Israel ceased to exist today there would still be fighting, bombing and one country trying to take over the other. It's almost as if that region of the world is cursed with perpetual bloodshed. The second is the idea that GWB caused terrorism. I believe the left forgot everything that happened prior to Jan 20 2001.

""You get America out of Iraq and Israel out of Palestine and you'll stop the terrorism,"

While we all mourn the loss of Ms. Sheehan's son, her anger is misplaced and she appears to be going off the deep end.

The problem is that the MSM controls the camera. When Sheehan is simply throwing daggers at the President the media trains a camera on her and will not let go. But as soon as she exposes, definitively, that she is mentally ill and cultivating the spotlight - they will drop the story post haste. What we need, in essence, is a C-SPAN type coverage - where the camera is locked down a few minutes before the press conference (by NARAL, NOW, Howie Dean, Maxine Waters, etc.) and it runs in real time like a security camera until a few minutes after the "event" is over. What you see in watching such an event in its totality, in real time, is something entirely different than what is presented in the highly selective sound bite edits of the MSM. Sometimes when you see both versions - you cannot believe it was the same event.

With Sheehan the key is to keep a camera on her for the next week - and capture all of the evidence of her craziness that was ignored by the MSM in their buildup of her as a story. They won't be there - but someone with a video camera should get it down in real time.

"How do you like me now, CBS?"

America's Red Army
By Jennifer Verner
FrontPageMagazine.com | September 1, 2004

Although the organization was initiated with a letter signed by over 100 celebrities calling for an end to America's “imperialist” wars, with the help of David Fenton, the founder of the public relations firm, Fenton Communications, and the rabidly anti-Bush Internet outfit, Moveon.org, the campaign was presented as a non-partisan patchwork of American life. But while Fenton may want Americans to see Win Without War as being “middle of the road,” the sum of its parts paints a vastly different picture.

Fenton Communications is a “socially responsible” PR firm with a penchant for backing Marxist regimes, and Win Without War boasts a number of “progressive” operatives, like the coalition's director, Tom Andrews, and Clinton employee, Maggie Williams, who use non-profits to front for the Democratic Party line.

In addition, elements of the fringe Left like Veterans for Peace, which held a solidarity convention in Havana with Cuban veterans of Angola in 1992, are also members of the Win Without War team. And, to top it off, funds are channeled through billionaire George Soros' Open Society Institute and the ultra-leftist Tides Foundation into many of the coalition members' bank accounts. Indeed, Win Without War isn't even close to the mainstream- it's the Left Bank.

The radical Left owes a great debt of gratitude to David Fenton. He has mixed Neo-Marxist ideology with junk science, trial lawyers, labor, progressive millionaires, politicians, and radical policy wonks to construct a complex, moneymaking left-wing advocacy empire. Fenton Communications reported billing $6 million dollars in 2002, and will likely make much more this year with high profile clients like The Heinz Family Foundation, the aforementioned Open Society Institute and Moveon.org.

The backbone of Win Without War is coalition member Moveon.org. Thousands of foot soldiers for the Democratic Internet sensation provide the bulk of Win Without War's membership. Moveon.org is currently partnering with Win Without War in a media campaign attacking the Bush administration's continued “ownership” of Iraq after the handover of sovereignty. The blatantly partisan ads also solicit donations for Moveon.org's 527 Political Action Committees.

Like Moveon.org, most Win Without War coalition members are closely linked to Fenton Communications. The NAACP, Medea Benjamin's Global Exchange and ice cream mogul Ben Cohen, founder of coalition member True Majority, all do business with Fenton. Other WWW members, like NOW, WAND, Peace Action and Fourth Freedom Forum have close ties with Fenton's rich clients or employees.
