All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

War! - huh- yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Uh-huh
War! – huh – yeah-
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Say it again y’all
War! – huh – good God
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Listen to me…

All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

Yes, how many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky ?
Yes, how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry ?
Yes, how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died ?
The answer my friend is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

Where have all the young men gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the young men gone?
Gone for soldiers every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Gone to graveyards every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

All we are saying is give peas a chance
All we are saying is give peas a chance

thanks for letting me know...you said for the next week?

I think I heard earlier today we've got the weather that came up from Hurricane Ophelia....so, maybe the rain/clouds will clear out by Sunday night.

Filing a college class? Oy veh! Maybe that's why I have stacks of stuff in boxes and piles and empty file cabinets!

You are doing what you love, and doing it well!

That's how it's supposed to work.

Well done!

Yah...I found that out when I went to work for an insurance company on the OJT program. I learned enough that as soon as the federal funding ran out, so did my job.

Up to then, I had always been able to file without an "education." It seems to me it was an awful waste of money to put stickers on the files, when they are done alphabetically in the first place.

(P.S: The owner's wife was tapping the till and tried to say it was me...)

"The seat? -- Which is attached to the floor? -- We do have a floor, right?"

Yeah. It's the scale of what we're doing that throws everything off. Picture being in a barber chair or its equivalent, when an earthquake happens. Does a seatbelt help?

I don't mean to scare anybody, I'm just talking to myself, trying to make sure I've thought of everything.

I might be wrong.

Don't quote me.

If I see any I'll let you know too, but rain is going to be pretty solid here for a few days.

Bob.

I trust you.
If you hurt me, my mother will beat you within an inch of your life. (Dynamite comes in small packages!)
Tell me what to hang onto, when and where.
Then give me a magnum of Friexienet Brut and we'll be good to go...

Thanks. I could use a 'happy' right about now.

Corp. bureaucracy caught me from the blindside, today & my badge expired at midnigth LAST night (been so durned busy I hadn't thought the first thing about it). Of course, the signatories for the requisite paperwork were unavailable -- all day. With the security badge expired, my internal I.D. may get the ZOT over the weekend and, if I don't make my "00" saving throw with the pair of 20-sided dice, come Monday morning I'll find that I can't login on my workstation and I.T. will have to call up the wizard to have me resurrected.

Sooooo...Monday's shaping up to be spiffy. I'm thinking of coming to work wearing a burial shroud and smelling of myrrh and spices -- just to really put the resurrection thing over the top. Of course, I'll forego the earthquake, the big rock and the Roman guards; I don't have time to get badges for them.

I'll try to remember to check again for the next couple of nights...at what time of night (dusk/dark) is best to look? (I have never seen one before)

Yes, I really really like it. Wish I had realized this about 25 years ago...life might have been different!
