Anti-War Mother Faces Credibility Issues (Free Republic Mentioned)

Crawford, Texas (AHN) - Pressure mounted against anti-war protester and mother of fallen Army Spc. Casey Sheehan Friday from millions of bloggers as well as cable news and talk radio outlets began to rip her intentions as well as her motivations to shreds.

Ms. Sheehan is camping out on the road that leads to President Bush's Crawford, Texas ranch for the entire month of August where Bush makes an annual visit. The President continues his day-to-day business with daily briefings, trips to sign bills around the nation, and meets with organizations across the country while returning to the ranch by the afternoon.

The President's motorcade has passed Ms. Sheehan numerous times without stopping to address her or her fellow anti-war protesters who claim they want to ask the president questions about "why he lied to them about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and an Al-Qaeda link to the country," which reportedly never existed.

But as the week went on, numerous stories began to emerge about Ms. Sheehan and her ties to radical left-wing anti-war groups as well as inaccurate versions of her first meeting with President Bush at Fort Lewis in Washington. An unearthed article documented in the Vacaville Reporter News contradicted the current story Sheehan has been playing in front of dozens of reporters and media outlets across the world.

Now Ms. Sheehan finds herself in an even deeper credibility issues as bloggers from various websites including Free Republic.com and military forums on the Internet discovered images during a google search of the first meeting of Bush and Sheehan where the President is giving Sheehan a consoling kiss on her cheek in a group family photo.

Ms. Sheehan made no official comment about the discovery of the photo's on Friday but claims that she will move her protest to the sidewalks in front of the White House where the President is scheduled to return after Labor Day weekend.

If she is not mentally ill, she should stop playing one on TV.

So, how is she supporting herself whilst protesting?

With her sons death benefit, money from Sorros's and donations from like minded wackjobs.

George, I must confess that I and my family worked very HARD to re-defeat you this time, but you refuse to stay defeated. Well, we are watching you very carefully. We are going to do everything in our power to have you impeached for misleading the American people into a disastrous war and for mis-using and abusing your power as Commander-in-Chief. We are going to scream until our last breath to bring the rest of our babies home from this quagmire of a war that you have gotten our country in to

This says EVERYTHING about Sheehan the looney. She is just a skinier michael moore. the "stay defeated" line is right out of the 2000 playbook.

For sheehan the death of her son was not a grief but a moment of pure joy because she was going to milk it for full effect. (she was probably happy her son would not be killing terrorists any more.)

Sheehan=dance monkey dance.

Well, I cannot and will not go nearly that far. I imagine the death of her son was horribly difficult and filled her with true grief. Having lost a father and a brother I empathize with that greif.

But she was clearly a follower of the far left and she has now, IMHO, turned her grief into a rabid hate for this President (to the point of actually stalking him IMHO) and for the war effort against our enemies. In so doing she is actually providing aid and comfort to the very enemies who killed her son.

Re-defeat? This woman is a gold mine of nonsensical quotes.

Earth to MSM, Cindy has said she wants the President impeached. Do you really think her re-meeting with the President will do any good? Do you really think your doing her any good getting her hopes up? Don't you think it is time you turn off the cameras and call her family to come and get her?

Yeah, but you know it just bugs me to see a grown person running around acting like that. I don't hate the woman. I can't. It's just not in me. But I can find myself yelling at the TV: "Get some help woman, and QUICK!"

Oh yes, our good "buddies" over at at the MFSO.

And those Veterans For Peace et al of the Ramsey Clark/Institute for Global Communications (IGC)/Tides Center club.

I don't know how long for real you've been hanging around the hallowed halls of FR, but back when FrankenKerry was running for POTUS, some Freepers dug around and pieced together a lot of lowdown on who was a front organization for what when it came to all this so called "peace" business. If you dig around for 2004 threads with Veterans for Peace in the headings, or even in the keywords maybe, there is all sorts of details to be had. Then again, you may be ahead of the curve here : )

The MSM is complicit in the affair. They are licking their chops because they believe (ala Dan Rather) that they have found a secret weapon, an unassailable tool to use against Geroge Bush and his foreign policy...a grieving, outspoken mother, who lost a son in Iraq.

But I believe that the American people, when they see that her grief has been turned to abject hate and vitriol (as evidenced by her own comments and quotes), that they will not abide her and dismiss her for the far left, anti-American that she is, just like they dismissed similar feelings in the last election...except fewer and fewer American will be fooled by such screed.

Moving to the Whitehouse huh? Let's all watch the media flock to this woman while the issue of a cover-up with the 9/11 commission is covered up.

Maybe the MSM should hop on the "Impeachment Tour" bus and do some more coverage of Cindy. You know they would feel right at home with everyone on the bus. It would be kinda like McCain's Straight Talk Express. Only this one could be called the Crackpot Express.

Don't you think it is time you turn off the cameras and call her family to come and get her?

I think that as the first week comes to an end, the interest in her will fade. Nothing new is happening, she hates the president, he will continue to ignore her. It will be a very boring 4 weeks. The only attention she may get is if she moves her circus to the WH.

But don't you sense that the story is already losing its legs? It's a different world than it was even five years ago. The MSM cannot control events with the ease that they once could. The Internet and blogosphere has changed the rules.

Lets just say they could have President Bush impeached. Could the left wing loons say President Cheney? I think they can.

American people

Some of the American people will see her for what she is but how about people from the Middle East? A lot of the media also gives this lady softball questions that tone down just where she is coming from.

Veterans for Peace

A lot of the Kerry posts were about the group that had splintered off from Kerry's Vietnam Veterans Against War.

The Veterans For Peace is a different kettle of fish. But just as bad. Maybe even worse. It was founded by a KGB stooge and Communist Party member, LeRoy Wolins.

Veterans For Peace was, and maybe still is, a Communist Party front organization.

Among their many accomplishments:

1992

Veterans for Peace | About Veterans for Peace
http://www.vetsforpeace.org/about.htm

You see, they are not against all wars. In fact, they back any war sponsored by terrorists or Communists.

And this is the group that is behind Cindy Sheehan's noble protest down in Crawford. The media could find all of this out in a matter of five mouse clicks.

They won't because Cindy is carrying their water. She hates Bush almost as much as they do.

People tend to get what they deserve. Sheenan has cracked, alienated her loved ones, and becomes more shrill and disjointed almost by the day.

Her current handlers, or as I call them, 'her new friends,' likely won't be around to clean up the mess they have contributed to by goading her on.

And I won't preface any comment with 'my heart goes out to her...' or anything like that. She will end up being the worse for wear from all this. Like I said, people tend to get what they deserve. In Sheenan's case especially, I think that's appropriate.

I hope she likes her new friends. She is going to have to, dollars to donuts.
