Wow, some of the DUmmies are talking about one of my posts right now! I had no idea that they hung on every word that we said.
What a cess pool, though. I think I'm going to take a shower now.
I find it interesting that the DUmmies and other assorted leftists only support the families of soldiers who spit on their soldier's grave. Most of the moonbats that I know personally have made a point to denigrate my soldier husband, even when they knew he was deployed in Iraq. I guess the moonbats only love dead soldiers, and only love the families of soldiers that show hatred for that way of life.

Excellent point...and another interesting one-
someone earlier asked if Casey's (life insurance) was funding this and I think it should be reiterated...these folks have been down there all week? Are they taking vacation or sick days?
I'm ready for some news! and interestingly, will need to take 'leave' shortly for a funeral.
Godspeed all on their way to Support our Troops!
They have thought that for a very long time.
Sorry that you have to be the personal target of their vitriol. Thanks to you and your husband for your service to our country.
I looked through the thread on DU. First time I've even peeked into that place in months. What a sad lot. Whatever the left does, the hypocrisy always shines through. They're all love and peace, yet anytime a few of them gather together, the result is a seething amalgam of fury, frustration, vulgarity, and hatred, fueled by willful ignorance.
They're to be pitied and prayed for. It's hard. I have a tough time with it myself, but it's what we're supposed to do and I need to work on it.

My gratitude and respect go to (1) your "soldier husband" who served in Iraq and (2) especially those who like Army Spc. Casey Sheehan gave their lives in service to our country. For whatever else Cindy Sheehan has or has not done, she raised an honorable son. Though I respectfully disagree with her political views, I'm so grateful to live in a country that allows her the right to openly voice those views. Cindy Sheehan paid a dear price for that freedom -- she lost her son.
