Please congregate at the Crawford Civic Center, which is located in the 1000 block of East 4th Street.
Start time remains 12 Noon.
The new site is very near the first site we were assigned, so people going there by mistake should be able to see us and come on over.
Sorry about the last minute changes.
Yes, I've sent out press releases.
Wonderful!
They're still there if you google images with
Cindy President Janey
We got a screen cap of that, didnt we? I did notice that the enlarged pictures were missing.
No problem-O on the change. Is this an upgrade? :o)
Thanks for the notice.
A preview from Powerline:
Live From Crawford, Texas
Power Line reader Gene Allen has been in Crawford, Texas, and sends this report on the ongoing media circus there:
I just returned from Crawford where I met some people from Israel yesterday as they fueled their motor home. They were there to drive out to the ranch as a tribute to President Bush and as an expression of gratitude for his support of Israel. Ill be back down there Tuesday-Thursday and when I return I can e-mail some photos if you wish. This town of 800 is crawling with visitors who can be divided into four general categoriestwo good, two bad.
THE GOOD:
1) People on a pilgrimage to see President Bushs ranch and downtown Crawford;
2) Police, more specifically, Secret Service, U.S. Marshals, Texas Rangers and County Sheriffs Deputies;
THE BAD:
3) Protestors; and
4) Press covering the protestors only.
The good guys fill with gas and diesel and dine on cheeseburgers at the Coffee Station where the walls are adorned with enlarged snapshots of President Bush working the crowd and dining on a Coffee Station burger. That wont happen this year, and perhaps never again because of the bad guys.
The bad guys hang at the Crawford Peace House, a dump of a house that looks like Hippie Central with dozens of cars, vans, SUVs and campers parked on the grass. Add portable toilets for ambience and you get the picture. This is the staging center for protests at the ranch nine miles up Prairie Chapel Road.

Is that what we call trolls stuck in stuned beebers? ;-)
Thanks for posting- I would like to read more about this, I'll check it out.
unnngh. It's what we call someone who forgot to use spell check
What change?
The change mentioned in the post here.
Ignore my post to you. My evil twin should have read the heading before posting.
No problem :-).
LOL.
Thanks to all who are making the effort to get out and support our troops and President Bush in Crawford tomorrow. I hope that there is a live thread so the rest of us across the country can share your experience there and call our media sources close to home to recommend that they cover the rally as much as they have covered Ms. Sheehan.
Good Luck, FReep On!
" The only thing she hasnt done is hug a terrorist "
Actually, she's done worse. One of her support groups is UPJ.
Since the whole bunch out there with Cindy are anti Israel, pro Palestinian- it may be short for United Pissing on Jews. I'm not sure.
The group (UPJ ) protested at the Republican National Convention and were polled by some media org.
Yesterday, Ira Stoll reported on this in the NY Sun.
When polled, a majority of UPJ agreed with this statement :
" Iraqi attacks on American troops occupying Iraq are legitimate resistance."
" ..., Ms. Sheehan's "coalition" includes a lot of people who think the persons who killed her son were justified."
Saddam Cindy doesn't give one shiite about the soldiers in Iraq. In fact, it appears that her goal may be to get more soldiers killed , so more mothers will feel the same pain.
Please take lots of digital pictures if you can
Wish I could come, and Good Luck
Ping for location change
