Yep, now it's W knew about it longer than BJ knew about it so it's all W's fault. When will America wake up that the buck stopped at Gorelick, et al.

Then why wasn't that tidbit in the 9/11 Commission's report?

FOX reported this morning it didn't fit with the Commission's agenda so they just tossed it out. No bit surprise there.

And what did he do?

Nothing.

Because Bubba wanted nothing done.

We just need to know why.

FNC is busy covering hangovers in fruit flys instead of the ABLE report scandal. The supranos 2007 episodes, and other Misc. fluff.

This story about the 9/11 able coverup should be front and center.

Particularly WHOSE staffers are busy at the national archives.

Was it not hilary's bailywick? She was the one who did all the lawyer stuff like putting Janet Reno in place.

We should be asking what did hilary know and when did she know it?

(cue the try to remember parody)

The reasoning that the Clinton admin. didn't wanted the FBI to have take bold action after Waco and thus Gorelick's wall was understandable is fascinating. Why? Because Hillary was the one who ordered the tanks to level the Branch Davidian compound, saying she was sick of seeing in on tv day after day. All roads lead back to Hill and Bill.

They were NOT prohibited from reporting to the NSC, whose duty was to collect and distill intelligence information for President Clinton. It seems to me that Clarke was the recipient of this information from Able Danger. And what did he do?

That is exactly the trail to follow here. Although he appears to have done nothing, who, if anyone, did he tell?

"He said that prior to 9/11, people within the FBI knew that two of the 19 hijackers were in the country, but that information never made its way up to the highest levels of power."

CNN is spinning. It certainly did make it to the "highest levels of power." The information did not, however, get to the FBI or law enforcement.

Check the date.....it's 2004......this is old information. I don't know if Clarke has resurfaced, yet.

it didn't fit with the Commission's agenda

So that raises the question WHAT WAS THE COMMISSION'S AGENDA?

My answer is that it was covering for the Clinton decisions which led to 9/11. The WALL? Remember, Jamie Goelick worked for Clinton, who made the decisions.

The COMMISSION's AGENDA was to keep you from knowing about Bill Clinton's decisions in the 1990's on terrorism. Of course, we all remember the Gorelick manuvers to keep her on the commission at all costs. As is well documented, she was called the hardest working etc.

Of course, Jamie Gorelick was up to her neck in lies, she had to continue to cover for Bill Clinton. That was the agenda of the 9/11 commission. COVER for POTUS.

This is Clarke's testimony before the 9/11 Commission. He also made a remark about how great a National Security Advisor Sandy Berger was. He didn't know that Berger would later get busted for stealing Clarke's memos from the National Archives. }:-)

What Clarke wasn't aware of is that the Defense Department knew the identities of four of the group who turned out to be hijackers.

Clarke did his best to blame 9/11 on the Bush Administration. I am sick and tired of these people covering the butts of their Clinton cronies.

Perhaps Coyote Blitzer should been sent this story for his show this afternoon. Just in case their "archives" have been visited in Atlanta by Sandy Burglar and he slipped the tape into his underwear or something.

Clarke knew because the information went up to HIM and he didn't do a darn thing about it during the Clinton administration.

I would love it if someone could prove this little fact! That would mean his testimony is crap, as I already suspect it was.
