What took you so long...
Did they tell how many Iraqis were killed by the Terrorists?
Did they mention how many muslims were killed by other muslims?
No, I thought not.
Well, you know, I was (until now) of the thought that "maybe" having 2 or more news channels was a good idea. Not anymore!!!
"CNN is officially banned from my TV."
What took you so long?
What do you expect from the likes of CNN? They've been doing this for years.
"Did they tell how many Iraqis were killed by the Terrorists?
Did they mention how many muslims were killed by other muslims?"
Do you know if there is a source for such information. It would be great to print the list out and fax it to as many CNN offices as possible.
If I hold my nose I can watch msnbc (especially when Joe is on) but other than that, Fox and Google News is all I use anymore.
My guess is that well over 100,000 bad guys have been taken out of the fight.
Not a bad ratio!
"If I hold my nose I can watch msnbc (especially when Joe is on) but other than that, Fox and Google News is all I use anymore."
What about FR and Drudge?
You see, I can not watch PMSNBC, at all. Especially when Keith Olbermann is on. I used to enjoy his commentary...on sports when he was on ESPN. How about you leave politics to politicians and just give us the scores, Keith?? Better yet, just go away.
Well, any entity that runs an ad so anti-President Bush's nominee for SCOTUS, certainly deserves such scorn.
Well its no supprise that I spend a lot of time here, and often see things posted here before it appears anywhere else.
The jet off the runway in Canada was on FR 30 minutes before it made any of the mainstream media.
While I support your decision to stop watching CNN, I don't understand why you have a problem with them posting a list of soldiers killed in Iraq.
If the MSM and Europe had united with America in this war, the enemy would have realized that they were defeated before their first bomb.
I consider the deaths of 1,800 American soldiers, a direct result of their actions.
This is a good site it has newspapers from all around the world in english
The Aussies haven't lost a anybody .... Good for them . (tagline)
The same thing was done in WWII. I have many "Life" and other magazines from the era, including one with the Title America's War Dead that lists by name and hometown KIA up to the point of publishing...5 pages of small type.
That copy is from early 1943. The American people didn't lose heart then...why now? THAT is the question you need to ask.
I'm just wondering why hasn't anyone come out with the reported enemy dead now. All I know is that Washington Times and Fox News said a while ago that we killed 50,000 insurgents. But what are the numbers now?
The reason it bothers me, is the obvious attempt by CNN to use these dead in a political manner. This is the same CNN that has accused our troops of targeting civilians and journalists, and in the past accused the military of using chemical/biological weapons in Vietnam. Also, when was the last time you saw a positive report about the number of enemy killed? Or about Gitmo? And just how many more times do we have to see or read about Abu Ghraib (sp?)

They both list the killed. They both refer to soldiers as heroes. Do you have a problem with Fox's list? Would you rather CNN pretend there haven't been any casualties?
I don't care for CNN's politics either, but a list is a list, and a news organization needs to have that sort of thing posted.
