This is bad. Retroactively applying the law to any business is wrong. Even a business as dispicable as this. Where is the ACLU when they should be protecting the little guy?

This probably falls into the "urban legend" category, but I seem to remember that a strip club somewhere got shut down because the stage the uh, "exotic dancers" used wasn't wheelchair accessible.
