OMG...thanks to Jamie Gorelick no doubt. I wonder if she's related to Al Gore, and if there's something to that.

Jamie Gorelick, a deputy attorney general under former President Bill Clinton and a commission member, codified the separation between investigative and intelligence agencies in a 1995 memo. Jamie Gorelick...a pox on your head and your bloody hands!

He claimed Pentagon lawyers rejected the recommendation because they mistakenly believed that since Atta and the others were in the country legally on visas, they could not be investigated. What's the proper penalty for these lawyers for their mistake? Nothing?

Wasn't it Jamie Gorelick that implemented the policy that intellegence can't tell the FBI about stuff?
And wasn't this just about the time that Charlie Tree was funneling money into the Clinton coffers? Something that likeley was known by intelligence, but they were prohibited by law from handling as a felony charge.
9/11 has Bill Clinton f#ckup written all over it.

I have a feeling we're going to be hearing her name a lot in the future. As in an investigation for her past malfeasance, or as a confidant in a future Hillary administration?
To: cripplecreek
I've just heard snippets about this..still trying to catch up on what's going on..
To: Michael Barnes
Perhaps should read "Off limits - Participant in Jamie Gorelick's Terrorist Protection Program"
Time to rip the covers off this cover-up!
