What's cut and dried is the systematic agenda to chill all heteronormative outrage and free speech.
...AND the rights of parents.
The Article8alliance web-site has all the e-mails between the Superindendant and Mr. Parker. He was set up. MA law requires schools that add homosexual agendas to curriculum to notify the parents so they can opt out. The school is in violation of the law.
It's easy to sympathize with Parker in this case but what did he think was going to happen? He should homeschool his child or put him into a parochial school. If he can afford to live in Lexington Mass., he won't notice those tuition checks to a private school. It's nice to fantasize about returning Massachusetts to traditional values, but that war was lost long ago. Value Mass. for the object lesson it sets for the rest of the country--if you don't watch your politicians and judges carefully, this is what could happen to you. But don't waste time and resources thinking you'll eventually get them to see your point and do it your way. It's like dating a druggie with the idea that you'll redeem them and you'll all live happily after.
I'm there. Thank you.

Its disgusting...robbing kid's of their childhood innocence like that. Can there be any doubt anymore that public education creates such an environment where its attendees become brainwashed and dumbed down into depending upon services from the all-powerfull government? Its like feudalism all over again.
It is precisely as stated. The kid came home with a Queer Agenda book, the Father, forgetting that he lived in Mitt Romney's Hell, went to the school to complain and when they wouldn't talk to him he said he'd wait for the principal. That's when the gestapo was called in and he was arrested.
Is that thw same law that kept New London from seizing private property for someone else's private use? (Yes I know that was Connecticut and this is Taxachusets).

THANKS and absolutely! MassGOP, can you please post a link to that?
If I recall correctly, I believe this guy had some sort of restraining order that kept him from the school.
I also recall that the basis for the restraining order was bogus.
If he has been arrested for anything, it is probably a violation of that restraining order - I'll see what I can find...
What can you expect from Assachusetts, home of the Kennedy's?
The next broadcast up now includes Matt Staver, attorney from Liberty Council and author of Faith and Freedom, now discussing the Parker case from the last hour.
I don't know about you, but if my 5 year old was being subjected to homosexual propaganda at his public school, I'd be pretty belligerent...
There is already a thread on this.
Oh good, so I didn't miss everything. But I may not be able to stay for the whole program. I'm trying to get some work done before running out for a few errands.
"There is already a thread on this."
Sure didn't find it. Can you please cross link it and ping me?
The Constitution defines what is and is not constitutional, those elements can change only through legislature at the ballot box. Liberals have succeeded in taking over the education process and in turn are forcing personal policy upon their students. They are attempting to invoke change in a manner not designed by the Constitution. Regardless of what the teachers lecture or the schools demand, rules defined within the Constitution remain firm. Our rights must be recognized unless constitutionally modified
