While fascinating, it doesn't change much. If this guy was a raving lunatic (as I suspect) then it simply stands to reason that he was arrested. If on the other hand, he was calm and polite and was arrested, then he's been wronged and he has a case. Sometimes things really are that simple.
Well, if there was a restraining order, bogus or not, this isn't a simple case of a man innocently walking into a school for a polite conversation and unexpectedly being arrested.
Teaching homosexuality to kids this young is completely wrong. But his actions, from what I can tell here, are out of line. He's obviously doing more harm than good by giving the district a reason to dismiss all people with objections as wingnuts. If this is a legit case, I'd urge him to call the ACLJ for legal help. This seems like a case they'd be interested in.

Here's a link to a copy of the restraining order, which was issued AFTER the arrest.

Think of Massachusetts as the Fallujah of the culture war -- there's a civilian population that's under the thumb of the leftists in power, but it's not too late to fight back!
Massachusetts is being used as the wedge to get the leftist/homosexual agenda propagated throughout the country -- I hope all Freeper's will join in to see that it's stopped. We're severely outgunned, but still fighting in a guerilla action behind enemy lines ...
thanks for adding the links!
He and others trapped in thekennedy-kerry garbage can of a state: Leave Massachusetts as soon as you can. The State is a goner.
Kids are fairly brutal of their own right. "Innocence" isn't as clear cut as we tend to think.
That said, a parent has the power to determine the upbringing and education of their own children. If the parent isn't getting in the way of educating other kids, then arrest is an indication of loss of individual freedom.
"Can there be any doubt anymore that public education creates such an environment where its attendees become brainwashed and dumbed down into depending upon services from the all-powerfull government?"
WHO gave them permission to teach homosexuality in PUBLIC schools? Was it the voters?
(I'm still waiting for the response to # 3s question.)
You don't have to be belligerent in the usual sense.
Just refusal to go along with the program is enough.
If you haven't lived under socialism, you can not comprehend.
If a man just says no, he unleashes a storm of furious indignation and a hail of accusations from the bolsheviks, all of who's insults are really just confessions.
Showed up without an appointment? I think they were looking for any pretense to make an example of him. And all the lib heads are shaking and tongues wagging about how the dangerous man was stopped before he could get in to the school, supporting their own delusions. Ever seen 'Changing Lanes'? The Samuel L. Jackson shows up as his son's school and is arrested. Of course, he was arguing and losing his temper. But it reminds me a bit of that scene from the movie.
