CLEARWATER - Michael Schiavo has asked a court to waive the two-year statute of limitations on filing a medical malpractice lawsuit against one or more of his deceased wife's caregivers.
Terri Schiavo, 41, died March 31 after her feeding tube was removed after a seven-year court battle.
Schiavo's attorney in this case, Mark Perenich, said he was not able to discuss the proposed lawsuit behind Tuesday's request for an extension of the two-year statute of limitations.
By law, medical malpractice lawsuits must be filed within two years of the alleged misconduct unless an extension is granted.
In October 2003, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed on court order. Doctors reinserted it on orders from Gov. Jeb Bush.
The only people to make significant financial gains in this case, are Michael and his attorney. If you are sincerely and honestly following the money trail, all roads lead back to Michael and Felos (and POSSIBLY Greer).
I guess his movie deal didn't come through?
It's in the very first line of the article on this thread.
Well, it costs a chunk to house and feed your common-law "wife" and illegitimate children.
So, give the guy a break (/sarcasm)
Because Felos was all about getting into the limelight to furthering the euthanasia movement in the US.
He has already gotten his piece of the Terri cake.
Mark Perenich is Schiavo's new attorney. Perenich "focuses his practice on all aspects of personal injury and negligence law including insurance bad faith claims." Source
Don't you owe Maria S and nuffsenuff an apology (as promised)?
This poster is either incredibly stupid (as is supported by some of of his/her comments) or a Michael groupie/associate wanting to disrupt.
Is that as credible as your promises to stay off the Terri threads because of your inability to act rationally on them?
Some people have patiently waited for you to keep your word, as if you would. I must admit, even though I'm familiar with your habit of making promises you have no intention of keeping, I at least expected some type of response to all those pings.
I took a look at your recent posts, to see if you were still posting elsewhere while all these pings were coming in. Sure enough, while these freepers were providing you with the info you asked for, you were singing the praises of your liberal celebrity heroes on another thread, and ignoring the posts over here that you had personally requested.
In case there's anyone here who still hasn't figured it out, let me clarify. Hildy is a disrupter. Do not take her seriously. She doesn't mean what she says.
Except perhaps for the overwhelming goodness of Michael Schiavo.
bttt
(Don't mind me. I'm impatient)
...why haven't YOU..... Omissions are such a pain.
I think we are making progress because when I call the RNC, they are listening intently. The RNC in DC was kept in the dark about what was going on with Terri. Well, they're not in the dark any more. They must face the facts in D.C. because it's going to affect the party in 06 and in 08. Better they learn a painful lesson now, rather than later. This country put thousands if not millions of people through Terri's horrific, illegal murder. It didn't just impact Terri and her immediate family.
No truer statement was ever conveyed.
Was Michael Schiavo jealous of all the awards the corrupt men in black who killed his wife have been receiving since May of 2005? Terri died after being starved and dehydrated from March 17, 2005 through March 31, 2005.
Apparently, Terri's inhumane and unnecessary death wasn't as satisfying to him as he anticipated it would be. Gee, why not give him an award too, while all the comingled groups are at it? Michael Schiavo is Florida's Guardian of the Year.
It begs the question: Will Next Year's Guardian of the Year have to bump off two innocent Floridians to top Michael Schiavo's deadly achievement? It was a modern day lynching but Terri's executioners have no shame for what they've done.
As long as there are no real investigations in Floriduh, corrupt judges, public officials, illicit hospices, crooked lawyers, law enforcement and guardians like Michael Schiavo will be patting each other on the back for covering up and engaging in the onslaught of laundering wards' funds and then bumping them off.

Sorry FV..you are in the middle of euthanasia central.
I'm praying for ya.
The Clearwater Bar Assn. gave J. Greer an award at the Scientology Hotel. I think that Guy Perenich and his son Mark Perenich were probably there applauding Greer's special way with the disabled, waiting in the wings to become Michael's NEXT ELITE LEGAL TEAM. Somehow, every time Michael sues somebody it ends up costing me in the pocketbook. He's ruining PINELLAS COUNTY to be sure.
