Thank you ! You said it best... He was not a perfect person, none of us are but he was also not pervert of any kind.
He liked to rattle chains for sure but he was honest & caring.
A very bright man with so many many interests one life was not enough to explore them all. He respected "thinkers", that is why he spent so much time in FR. Since you got to know him in email as well as in FR I am sure you know him better than some here. Thank you for sticking up for my friend Harry

Thank you for getting back to us. I would be a liar if I did not say Harry has been on my mind all day.

I had bouts of anger today regarding some of Harry's words on FR taken out of context but did not want to make waves and inflame. I did not want to act like a liberal.


Again GODSPEED DEAR HARRY : ) miss you much already. You had asked once about doing good deeds ..well I am taking my daughter for her first horseback riding now. THANKS PAL.

I was shocked and saddened to see that The Other Harry passed away. I read his vanities long before I ever joined FR. I regret not posting a reply to him. I will miss him.

Very sad news. Do you have any more information? There's been nothing in the News Virginian. I've done some searching around and come up with nothing. As one who also corresponded with him, I'd like to know a little more about who he was and how he passed away.
