I'd love some feedback on this.

That's a FANTASTIC piece. A little long, but otherwise very good.

Society has endorsed the notion that for a period from early teens to late 20s or 30s it's natural to be a slut for both sexes, and based on that rationale contraception is a must, however for any who beleive in fact that it is sacriligious to have wanton promiscuous sex, the notion of needing protection is ridiculous.
Society pushes teens and adults to have sex. It's sick.

Despite being a skeptic on all issues theological, I must say that their are three things that stand out that would make me think that God exists: Wine, olive oil, and sex.

I don't know. I think the fundamental decency of most people speaks miles about a caring and wonderful G-d as well.

So, for instance, rape seems natural, even urgent, to some poor sinners. To others, natural is the pleasure of seduction. For some men, mating with a man seems natural. Still others seek sexual gratification with children. Or animals. Or, lower still, with plastic sex toys and video images. Do you really think it is "lower" to use pornography than it is to seek sex from children or animals?

Actually, contraception keeps you from getting pregnant.

Contraception keeps you from getting pregnant (or impregnating) the way dice keep you from gambling; IE they don't.
Losing dice give you no cash but you're still gambling.
Contraception sometimes prevents fertilzation but you're still playing the game; STDS and conception are both possible outcomes.

I've always thought that humans are most similar to wolves when it comes to sex, not other primates. We obviously are designed to be monogamous, but when what we view as a superior mate comes along are instinct tells us to go for it, much like wolf pairs (alpha, beta, omega, etc.) This is when we have to use our ability to reason.

Relative to feedback:
After reading this article, what I come away with is the fact that the culture has changed dramatically in six decades.
What I remember from my college years is all the cold showers I took after my Saturday night dates. And, BTW, at Miami, Ohio, we were not allowed to have cars on campus, either...

You're glorifying the notion of some sort of 'natural predisposition toward polygamy'.
The choice is simple, head God's plan for us, or reject God, and lead a fruitless shameful life of sin in rebellion of God.

Of course but not necessarily within marriage.

Society pushes teens and adults to have sex. It's sick Bump.
I might also add...society also teaches that you can have it both ways...you can have sex without responsibility and share in none of the consequences from it...even when it involves new human life...thats more sick.
Our kids will come into contact with kids born out of wedlock, from broken homes, and born to selfish immature parents...directly or indirectly...we're all affected by this...thats even more sick.

I don't think that I'm glorifying polygamy at all. Wolves are monogamous animals, they have one mate. The fact is they do change mates when another wolf is perceived as a better mate, but they do not mate with more than one animal at a time. Humans tend to be the same way, but I think that we do have morality and reason that allows us to make the best choice, not simply what our loins tell us. I've used this same argument to argue against polygamy on several occasions.
