one rabid pro-abort or another, does it really matter?

I'll be doing my best to encourage fellow NYers to vote for "none of the above" ...

If you're suggesting that simply because they may both be pro-choice that the candidates are indistinguishable politically? Hardly.

Short-sighted foolishness. If you vote for none-of-the-above, you pass Hillary along to the rest of the country. At least Pirro would only be 1 voice in the Senate. Keep your eye on the big picture, bub.

I know she is not a real conservative at all, but if I were in the position, I would support her because a pretty tough campaign by Pirro would damage hillary, the worst American politician in 50 years

It's a shame she's pro-abortion, but let's face it: the Senate isn't going to touch the issue of abortion for years, but homeland security will be priority number 1 for some time.

Is that the ONLY issue on which you make a decision?

If we were electing delegates to a convention that had abortion as the only item on the agendum, no. Otherwise it matters very much.

Which will guarantee Clinton another term and a senatorial soapbox from which she can run for POTUS. No thanks. I'll vote for Pirro and pray for her soul.

Abortion was legal in NY state before Roe v. Wade...even if the SCOTUS overturned Roe it would be legal in NY and many other states...Pirro will at the very least undermine Hillary's ability to avoid the issues due to her gender...whenever Lazio got close to landing a blow the media painted him as a bully...they could pull the gentleman card on him...I'd love to see Pirro take off the gloves and knock Hillary's block off...metaphorically, of course...I think it will be delightful watching Hillary squirm...no more avoiding media/ public scrutiny...this will definitely be a pass-the-popcorn race.

IF you want a pro-Life strong conservative Republican on all issues to win in New York State commit to making that a reality.

Committment does not mean urging to vote against either, when it's guarenteedone will win.

Committment is to follow the Goldwater/Reagan model.

Goldwater lost.

Reagan lost his bid for president a few times before he won the nomination.

It took years to take the House. Etc..

You don't get a conservative strong across the board conservative Republican by spouting off rhetoric and refusing to vote. I want to know if New Yorkers are committed to whining about not having what they want when they want it, or if they are ready to devote the next forty years to turning that state around. If not, then you have no room for complaint.

Just because we may disagree on some issues, it doesn't mean that Jeanine doesn't deserve our support to wound and hopefully stop Hillary Clinton dead in her tracks.
One has to take into consideration just what another Clinton presidency would mean for America, socially, morally, legally and ethically. Not to mention National defense and security for all our children, present and future.
Different races are about different things. This race is not about one or two social issues.
Jeanine is a woman, and can attack Hillary the way no man can. She can flush out Hillary on her conversion to the Death Penalty.
This is Earth. We have to play with the cards we are dealt.

If you can't see any value in removing Hillary Clinton from office, you are too foolish to be listened to.

A conservative cannot win in NY and will actually be slaughtered by Hillary.

Pirro is just as smart and more personable and telegenic than HC
and she backs President Bush generally....she will probably lose, but if she makes a fight of it and comes within 5-7 pts in the vote, Hillary will be damaged politically for her run in 2008.

PPrro can also force Hillary back to the left as she tries to consolidate her base against a liberal Republican.
