It makes my heart ache for all of them--but this woman needs to talk to more of the guys who were with her son. They would be the ones who could soften her heart! God bless them all, indeed!

Liberals don't understand that we wouldn't be free if it wasn't for men and women like Casey.

I hadn't heard that Sheehan is accusing our good soldiers of committing atrocities!! GRRRRRRRRR!!
What's she got, a direct phone line to Hanoi Jane?
This woman is quickly losing my sympathy.

My 2 sons served in the war when it started. One is a reservist who served with the 101st in Mosul and another was in B-1's who flew over Iraq, Afghanistan and other places. She is not only disrespecting her own son but my sons also. I'm afraid her grief is overshadowing her judgement. It is fairly transparent that she is being used by others who have an axe to grind with the President and his administration.

I would be curious to find out what her husband thinks about this. Does he agree with what she is doing?

Retro=He's older than my mom as well I think. My mom is 62.
Tony= The thought of ANY 62 year old bouncing around a stage in leather pants, is just not appealing. :)

Here's a good one for Tony about Kaleefornia:
"California's fleet of state-owned vehicles swelled to 70,000 last year, but officials in an aggressive new asset-management push have so far been able to pinpoint only about 40,000."
The State of Kaleefornia is missing 30,000 vehicles!

While I was talking to the priest about that column in the Boston Globe, we talked about her.
He is also worried that she is stuck in the anger and hate part of grief. He also worries that she is being used by others for ulterior motives.

I would not doubt that in the least. It's really a shame for such a thing to happen. I think my anger toward her has turned more to pity to seen someone used in such a way.

Someone on another thread said she is quoted as saying her son is turning into Casey.

This woman is not telling the truth about the President. No one who saw that picture of him with the young girl who lost her mom in the WTC could be fooled by this.

I would think her first reaction would be more accurate right after she met with Bush. She has been influenced by the lefties now.
