This is the cut line in an article published on Jun 19th 2004 in the Chicago Tribune. It is referencing why Air America is under a new name. I find it interesting that the " company" knew then that it needed to shield itself from Cohen's activities

Since it is still the same owners.....would it be safe to say that they have alot of shady loans that they are protecting themselves from? And I also want to know who was advising them.
