Caught 2 games. Friday night and Saturday. Sad to see only a few games left at Busch. Had a blast.

Hi, stopem - thanks! I was wondering also about the 'behaviourists.' Remember a post that said Joran was keeping his hands over his ears? I assumed he might just be freaking out, but now I'm wondering if that was his way of skewing the 'behaviourists' observation of him. Kind of like when people taking polygraph tests do mental or physical things to skew the polygraph. What do you think?

Was there a confirmation that Natalee had had lunch once or twice earlier on with some guy? If so, who was that guy? If not, "nevermind."

and last night on Fox I heard something new....that one of the things the landfill searchers were looking for was a "bloody" blanket.... Yes, I heard that last night for the first time as well.

Yes, the Brickell is on the opposite side of the road running through Palm Beach (same side as the Racquet Club, pond they drained) but farther south close to the HI. Makes me sort of wonder if the owner has a suite and lives and entertains there when he's in Aruba. My friend doesn't know. Stopped working at Excelsior before he bought the Brickell.

I seriously doubt an honors student getting ready to go to college that has such family support would even think about getting involved in porn. On Aruba-with someone she met once? Where would the movies be filmed?...her future was ahead of her not behind...she doesn't seem desperate for attention or money...
its about # 99 on my top 100 things that could have happened...#100 is abducted by aliens...oh wait I spoiled it for ALE and National Enquirer their next hot story is coming out soon..aliens yeah that's the ticket aliens abducted her....
To: hummingbird
I remember that but it was dropped like so much.
What is striking me is the anger BHT had last night, she looked so unlike herself. Angry and desperate. I think she knows Joran will walk and is letting it out. ANd Jug is not there. And she is at her wits end.

With two onlookers??? PUH-LEEZE!

What is striking me is the anger BHT had last night, she looked so unlike herself. Angry and desperate. Beth also has some real ammo now, in those declarations that she managed to get out of Aruba. Real tangible ammo.
As she herself said last night, "I thought that was a bombshell" when the anchor pressed her on something or other.

May I please point out that it was Natalee's MOTHER who said she 'definitely' would not have had sex in the car with Joran?
Par, maybe your mother doesn't know you very well. Or maybe you aren't a father. Or maybe you are a father but you don't know it.
This woman knows her child. "Environment not conducive" = not in a car. That means not in a car in America, on Aruba, or another planet. And not with two other people there.
If you think i8-year-olds go all Harlequin novel over being on a beach, or anywhere else "away from home," I submit that you are doomed to never understand women!
TexKat, I'm soooo glad you're back!

Post #124: "But I will not crucify people without evidence or assume some unrealistic Victorian notions of purity or engage in sophomoric puns."
Post #134: "It was an example. The fact is taht poeple act differently at home and on vacation. High school age, college age, or working adults does not matter."
Don't you wish.
Dream on!

Hon, I am so glad you are not talking like a gangster anymore!!See how nicely you get treated when you "toe the line", and remove the other part of your personality/writing.
LOL.
Take care.

Ooops, I wasn't very clear, r_s. I don't see the porn angle, either; not at all from Natalee's point of view.
It was the mention of modeling that made me remember that it had been posted she had met someone from the island for lunch a time or two and I couldn't remember if that person had been identified or if that had been debunked.
I'm so sorry that it sounded like I thought Natalee would get involved willingly with something like porn. I don't even really think she would give much thought to modeling, either.
Truly, I write more clearly with caffeine, BUT THEY WON'T LET ME HAVE ANY! ARGHHHHHHHHHH........... ?/8^(

That's not how it works Rolling. The " Recruiter " is smoother than that and much more subtle. The "Target " is approached at least twice before they spring the trap. Porno/making a movie is never discussed. He convinces the girl that he is a Fashion Photographer connected to S.I.,Vogue, Cosmo etc... and wants to take some photos of her. They can be very charming and persuasive. He would take some preliminary shots at the Hotel, by the pool/beach and say I'll develop these and get back to you. Then, he comes back with " I sent your pics to my boss in N.Y./Paris blah,Blah blah and could you come by the Hotel and do a complete session. At the session, she is given a drink by one of the crew and the rest is on video tape.I think something went terribly wrong at the hotel and Natalee died there. I think the bloody blanket they are looking for at the Landfill came from that Hotel.
I dont think Natalee fell for this ruse but, I think the recruiter wanted her and enlisted some help in getting her to his hotel on the night Natalee disappeared. That is where the three Dipshits come in.The people seen at the Landfill,2 women and three men, are the recruiter and his crew.
I'm not saying that I believe this scenario but info. came to me last week from a friend who lives in Aruba that this scenario HAS played out in Aruba numerous times and the ALE are aware of it.

Sounds like last night's program really made an impression on everyone who saw it vis-a-vis Beth's demeanor. I missed it but will be sure to watch the two-hour program tonight.
It really is curious about those "declarations" (or whatever they are called); you think Jossy got them to her? In these elections, is he (or his paper) for status quo or for new faces in political places?
