Sunday, Aug. 7, 2005 1:43 p.m. EDT Candy Crowley: Hillary Seen as 'Goddess'

2008 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is considered a "goddess" in Democratic Party circles, CNN's Candy Crowley reported Saturday.

"I honestly hear the word 'goddess' attached to her," Crowley told fellow CNN'er Joe Johns, who asked her to survey the 2008 political landscape.

"She's kind of this – she doesn't have to show up in New Hampshire for another three-and-a-half years, because she's such a presence there," Crowley continued to gush. In the next breath Crowley seemed at a loss for words to explain the awe-inspiring power of Sen. Clinton's charisma.

"I mean, she is, you know, again, she, like McCain on the Republican side, they already have – look, they already have names, they already have networks. They don't need to be [in New Hampshire] right now. It's the insurgents that need to be in there now."

These are the people who LOVE Hillary Clinton and think she is a "goddess"...

First Lady President?

Text by Chidanand Rajghatta; Pictures by Annie Liebovitz
PUBLISHED: Volume 12, Issue 1, First Quarter 2004

I’m not the person to ask. I have no plans (to run)…. He (Bill Clinton) is very anxious for someone to defeat George Bush and put the country back on the right track, but he’s going to support whoever our nominee is…

Hillary Rodham Clinton has been acknowledged to be the most openly empowered presidential wife in American history, save for Eleanor Roosevelt. Never one to be in the shadows, the senator has now stepped centre stage even as her other half recedes into the background. CHIDANAND RAJGHATTA keeps an appointment in Washington DC with the lady who would be president

Chidanand Rajghatta, a seasoned journalist,
is the Washington correspondent of The Times of India, the world's largest circulation English-language daily.

Leibovitz, born in 1949, began her career as a photographer for Rolling Stone magazine. Her cover shots, which include the undressed, highly pregnant Demi Moore and the First Lady, Hillary Clinton dignified at the height of the Monica Lewinsky affair, indicate new directions in her work.

Annie Leibovitz has shown a growing commitment to social and gender issues over the past few years. Her close friend is Susan Sontag.

I would say the Hildebeest is the moon goddess. Like in "luna" from whence we derived lunatic and loony.

Also, the "Religion of Peace" is based upon a moon god......ergo: the crescent moon on the islamic flags.

To boot, according to Candy Crowley, the DemoRats are mooning over Hillary to a hillaryous degree.

This all seems to tie in together somehow, LOL.

Candy is right. The Democrats are a God less people looking desperately for a deity.

You have to promise, though, that you will do whatever you can to KEEP McCain from getting the GOP spot...

I don't like seeing any freeper post that they would "throw away" their vote, as long as there is time to keep McCain AND Clinton off their partie's tickets!!!!

"It's the insurgents that need to be in there now."

Odd choice of words.

Really odd. It exposes their psychological profile - - they are on the same side as the terrorists...

Thanks for the ping---although, after being on the Cindy Sheehan threads of two days....I am SO tired of whiney women, and Hillary is the worst....

I still can't get over Crowley calling your guy Sen. Allen, an insurgent---what are you gonna do about it? lol

BTW, the ones killing our troops in Iraq are NOT insurgents they are terrorists...too many lefties want to equate insurgents with "freedom fighters"...blech...
