If you read the link I posted some time ago...or heck, even if you missed it, do a google for FEMA: THE DARK UNDERBELLY and get ready to poop thru a screen door and not hit the wires! SCARY just doesn't quite do it justice. I worry that DHS seems to have superseded FEMA, now.
