Hi xVIer.

I heard a couple of news reports stating the power outage (in California) was caused by excessive use of power (ie air conditioners, etc.) so the electric company went to rolling black outs until the situation was resolved.

I'll see if I can find an article adressing that.

Oh yes, it makes sense to me.

DC 5, may be very well how they would refer to it.
