Check out the nasty little diagram blaming the defense policies of Israel and the US for the world's armament problems.

All these countries are using American and Isreali made kalishnikovs. Right..... What they try to do with these figures is include things like sales of expensive fighter jets so actual dollar values can be used. Not the number of weapons that are actually being used to cause problems.

But nothing can protect him from what happens next. "I had the feeling that the explosion happened right next to me," he says today of the deafening blast, an explosion so massive that it could be heard even 160 kilometers away. Hot air singes the skin on his face and the pressure from the blast presses his body against the floor.I guess they included descriptions of what it was like for the victims of German Nazi ovens in this story as a comparison...? ;)
Keep up the US bashing, jerks, since you've OBVIOUSLY done NOTHING that even remotely compares--with the exception that our bombs that day were completely justified because they ended a war.

Hate to tell Spiegel this but the United States never seriously considered using an atomic bomb on Germany.

Ironically, when I was much younger one of my best friend's was Jewish and he was always extremely pissed that the A-Bomb wasn't used on Germany to retaliate for the death camps. He was a oddball far-lefty who advocated the immediate pullout of all our forces from Vietnam so they could go to Israel and help them fight the Arabs. (which, in retrospect, doesn't sound quite as crazy as it did then)

Trace the distribution of planted "Remember Heroshima" day stories ( Code for Don't Bomb Mecca) or ( Don't see The Great Raid ) and you get a pretty good idea of the left's net.
Notice the bed fellows.

So when will the MSM publish survivor accounts of the Bataan Death March or the Rape of Nanking? (crickets chirping)

Ah ... Hiroshima told from the Japanese point of view.
Where is the article detailing the Bataan March, told from the GI's point of view? Or the Rape of Nanking as narrated by a Chinese widow? Heck, just a retelling of Pearl Harbor would be refreshing.
Oh, that's right. Only the Allies were the bad guys in that war.

Why do I not feel the least sympathy for the fascist monsters that raped China and the rest of Asia for 15 years before we ended their reign of terror in August of 1945. They got off easy in terms of what was coming to them.

I've read in many different places that its estimated that over ONE MILLION American and Japanese lives were SAVED by dropping bombs on Hiroshima on August 6th and Nagasaki on August 9th. The invasion of Japan without an ordered surrender by their living Japanese god and emperor, would have meant "one million deaths of honor' as they called it.
On the other hand, I don't see much hand wringing (nor would I expect it from the LEFT) over documented Japanese war crimes which can be read about at;
http://www.skycitygallery.com/japan/japan.html
But given that the LEFT murdered over 100 million humans to prop up its failed ideology of enslavement last century (and that LEFTIST proponents and its media machine in Hollywood and elsewhere continue to extole) the LEFT'S whitewash of its history in Nazi deathcamps and Japanese human experimentation units, doesn't suprise me much.

Forget the Rape of Nanking, forget the Asian "Comfort Women", forget the medical experments on prisoners, forget the Bataan Death March, forget Pearl Harbor, forget all the atrocities and the plan to arm all Japanese civilians and fight to the last Japanese - this is typical of the knid of liberal tripe produced by Euroweenies.
A monumnet to the Enola Gay whould be built in New York City, pointed right at the U.N.
