We have gotten half the grandkids in private, church-sponsored schools, and we're working on the other half.
We need to fight to get the public schools back in the hands of sane people, but we decided we couldn't wait another day to get our kids out. The stuff they pass off as education would shock most people, and most of it you won't know about except by accident.
Apparently, bake sales weren't enough.
Perverts used to hide in alleys and porn shops - now they're out in the open and still looking to corrupt and pervert our children - they don't even attempt to hide it anymore.
I gave up on the PTA a few years ago after they: (1) supported an illegal teachers' strike, and (2) withdrew their sponsorship of the local Cub Scout pack on the basis of the BSA being a non-inclusive (i.e., homophobic and theophilic) organization. The degree of snootiness and close-mindedness amongst the diehard PTAers is hard to surpass--a cabal of activist moms who happily sacrifice their children's best interests on the altar of socialism.
They back P (On the)FLAG but will not hear -nor allow be heard the voices of PFOX (former homosexuals) They will NOT have my support for any educational increase until they
repent and start supporting Christian moral values again.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.
Another "gotta ping this one out" ping. People NEED to know the extent of the "gay" agenda's efforts to convert children - your children, your grandchildren, your neighbors' children - into acolytes of "gaydom". If not actual homosexuals, at least "gay is good" tools who will vote the way they're told.
People, this has to be turned around. The truth needs to be spread far and wide. Let others know what you know. And please educate your children about the gay agenda - age appropriately, of course, whether you home school or send them to school.

Note: There are at least a couple of books for parents and others who deal with children about saving your kids from being recruited/influenced by "gay is good" propaganda. One is called "Seven Steps to Recruit Proof Your Child" by, IIRC, Scott Lively (http://www.abidingtruth.com/index.php?viewmode=resources last I looked) and Scripter sometimes posts info about another one.
