This seems to repeat the same hoary chestnuts that we Republicans in Philadelphia have tried to put to bed for years, including the alleged "over-registration" of the voting age population, ignoring the known number of inactive registrations the city cannot purge from the roles until a certain amount of time passes by law. It also evidences as fraud registrations that were thrown out for being at vacant lots and the like - i.e. the system working and catching fraudulent applications somehow becomes evidence of the system being corrupt!
PA residents have known about this for years. Election fraud in Philly is why we now have a Philly-based Dem governor, and why the Dems will take back the two PA Republican Senate seats in the near future.
