Of course, no Democrat would make the mistake of thinking that a Supreme Court nomination is an issue that will fly below the radar screen. But the history of the past few years ought to give Senate Democrats pause to think before picking an ideological fight over John Roberts' nomination.Alas, they just can't help themselves...

These morons still don't get it.
The Web changed all the rules.
The poor, unwashed masses now get a robust picture, not a 10 second Rather sound bite.

Miranda is right, again.
The way he was treated by the GOP really irritates me, still.

As Aaron Brown said, " I mean, O'Reilly did about two weeks on taking the Christ out of Christmas. Who the hell is worrying about that?"
The left is clueless about what is important to us. They just can't believe morality and religion REALLY matter to us. We must be a superminority that all the polls are reporting wrong. Or really stupid. Or faking it. Or totally hungup. Or something.

Watching the Party of Asses self-destruct has been a real thing of beauty. And just think. They aren't done yet. The 2008 election cycle is going to be the grand finale to their fireworks show.

The Dems will fight and delay a vote on Roberts with everything they have

It gets even better. While the Dimbulbs were obstructing various judges, they approved Judge Roberts on a voice vote.
At a crucial point in the process, the President can appear with the judge and bring up this inconvenient fact. Sen. Schumer, why should you have to look back more than two years? Were you derelict in your investigation before?
