Of course, no Democrat would make the mistake of thinking that a Supreme Court nomination is an issue that will fly below the radar screen. But the history of the past few years ought to give Senate Democrats pause to think before picking an ideological fight over John Roberts' nomination.Alas, they just can't help themselves...

Alas, they just can't help themselves... Good. Because I would like to see every damn one of them with egg all over their faces. Those who obstruct anyone should be sent home permanently where they can get in touch with the voters.
They only socialize with like minded fools who haven't left DC airspace in months unless it was a trip overseas paid for by some lobbyist.
I am totally convinced that their brains get sucked out the minute they hit DC.

I hope they're THAT stupid. The Democrats and the MSM have already forgotten last year's verb: Daschled. A lot more Democrats are in danger of being Daschled if they continue to oppose Bush's judicial nominees because they hate the President.

There is a paradigm shift in process and the Dem/Libs can't believe it. All they've ever known, for 50 years, is that the truth is what they want it to be. Paraphrasing Ayn Rand -- When someone tries to wipe out reality, reality wipes out the wiper. Their chickens have come home to roast. Pass me a napkin.
