What is your basis for asserting that the ToE is not true?
The lack of any observable scientific evidence for macroevolution that is to say, evolution from one distinct kind of organism into another.
C'mon show me the money.
Here - try this too. So much evidence against evolution --- so little time. Stop teaching it as fact.

Here we go.
Question by question.
1) The second law of thermodynamics says "no" to evolution
This is wrong and has been debunked so many times it is ridiculous to even contemplate it. Only those with no understanding of the 2LoT believe it.
2) Evolution can't explain the change from non-living matter to living things
This is abiogenesis, not evolution. If anything it is more related to chemistry than evolution.
3) The missing links are still missing
Check the lineage shown for Homonids, Cetaceans, Equines to see dozens of transitional fossils.
4) Complex, interdependent systems cannot have evolved slowly.
At best this claim is nothing but conjecture that has no science behind it.
5) Experiments involving mutation do not make living things evolve. An insect that at one time was a fly but after mutation had 4 wings shows that evolution is not possible?
6) Probability shows that evolution is not going to occur
I have debunked this in this thread. Others have debunked it more times than you can imagine.

The lack of any observable scientific evidence for macroevolution That you refuse to acknowledge the existence of such evidence does not mean that it doesn't exist.
